Food was ok nothing out of the ordinary. Was a walk in order .was told 20 minutes took 45 minutes way to slow. to deep fry wings and 4 or 5 shrimp. 10 min ride home wings were cold. Maybe the lockport location is better.

I had the triple play with shrimp, catfish, chicken wings, fries and coleslaw. The food was hot and delicious with just the right amount of seasoning. The service was fast and friendly. I will definitely come back when I’m in the area again.

First time coming here. We got the crab and shrimp tray, fried and grilled lobster tail, fried green tomatoes and fried chicken wings. Everything was great. I only gave 4 stars because I felt like my crablegs could've been a lil more flavorful. It actually deserves a 4.5 star. I will definitely come back when I'm in the area. Customer service was ? good.

Me and my Girlfriend were looking for somewhere in romeoville to eat and we decided to eat at surfs up. When we got there the decor wasn't the best and seemed like more of a catering or in and out kind of place but we decided to dine in . We ordered the snow crab feast and wings and fries . Everything tasted fresh , well seasoned and AMAZING!!! I highly suggest if you like seafood to go and try it out. The potatoes, corn, and Crab was to die for. The Chicken was Fresh and very Tasty!! And pricing wasn't bad at all. 5 Stars forsure.

5-STARS! FOOD QUALITY & FLAVOUR: First of all, the crab legs were fantastic & truly some of the best quality I've ever had. Prices are good as well for what you get. Under $40 bucks (as of September 3, 2022) for a two-cluster snow crab leg combo which includes a FULL ear of corn & numerous red potatoes bag-steamed to perfection with an amazingly well-balanced Cajun-butter seasoning is a phenomenal deal. They were not one bit soggy or over-steamed -- which is a major pet-peeve of both my husband & me. She had a good number of take-out & pick-up orders while we were there waiting for our meals -- which was a really good first sign that the food's great & we were not disappointed one bit! LOCATION INFO & THE BIG PICTURE: We all remember the adage of "don't judge a book by its cover" & this would be a prime example. The location of the restaurant *is* unique as it's located in a community center for a subdivision. The reason for this -- as I have recently discovered, after visiting the restaurant's Facebook page, is that the owner, India, is VERY involved in her community with offering a scholarship fund, appearing at summer festivals, & working within the community to help its people in any way she can. India is dedicated to providing top-notch cuisine at a GREAT price & really cares about not just people in her community as "customers" -- but her community at-large It's a really uplifting thing to see her enthusiasm in contributing to her community as my husband & I overheard a bit of a conversation she had with a resident about providing a lunch program for a school or school event while we were there dining. Her being in the Friendship Center of the Highpoint Community *is* unique -- but it all makes SENSE when you truly *KNOW* the "big picture." SEATED DINING: You can also dine at the location as there is a small seating area. She's got several stainless-steel-topped tables. Being in a community center DOES have its benefits as there's no stuffy dress-code. A TOP-NOTCH SEAFOOD RESTAURANT THAT DELIVERS?! Holy cow! Who'd have thunk it?! Surf's Up *does* offer delivery as she's partnered with Door Dash on the restaurant's own website -- so go to the restaurant's website *directly* to order delivery! Seriously, folks -- you gotta try her food. Not only is it amazing, but the love she puts into everything -- from the food to the community she serves --is crystal clear. We'd definitely come back.

Found this hidden gem in Romeoville! EXCELLENT food, good portions! We tried the wings and the catfish and we were not disappointed. Looking forward to going back to try the fried lobster! Owner came over to thank us for stopping in and seemed genuinely appreciative of our business…very welcoming and kind! We will definitely be back! 2

First time visiting from outta state. Heard this was the place to go. Drove past it the first time was expecting a storefront but inside the complex building. Menu prices are different. Was unfortunately out of crab legs so decided not get a boil. The fried lobster was good just wish it was more flavorful and more of it. Wasn’t a fan of the Henny sauce , chicken was decent. Some shrimp had a lil p**** could’ve been deveined but that’s just my personal preference. Took a little while to get the food, definitely call ahead. The lady who was working was on it but the other worker lacked customer service skills. Overall decent spot gotta try the boil next time I visit.

They do not maintain their profile and the hours are wrong. Employees then act like it's your fault when you are courteous enough to try and let them know.

This is $20, a $7 holla plus a extra piece of fish is $10, so yea big surprises here. Talk tough to them or no one listens. Too many surprises. And I've been a few times. $7 deals are all...anything else is just super priced up, so I guess that the surprise. Great food, ppl decent most times....idk maybe a bad day. I wont be backAs stated ma'am, no listening and rude...even reading. No that is not a $7 holla, the $7 holla would've been better. That's a $16 holla, but its no different than a $7 holla, with 1 more poece of fish.Yes I did ask questions but your phone comes first so as I spoke your cashier rudely answered the phone mid convo. I asked you ma'am, the second my mouth moved you started talking over me...so tell me, what question you heard and what question did you answer?I really did skip your comments...but tough talk?!?! I think readers will see that....prolly not too likable? I stated facts. I stated what happened. I don't appreciate the tough talk so as cute as ur were I see the ugly I won't be back. I'll call Corp. Maybe they'll check why sales so low.Tough enough for you? What I say tough? It's always us....Be blessed.

Definitely a recommendation. I needed a specialty cater, and they made it happen. Opened up 3 hours early, to make sure I could receive my order in time to feed the people at my event. AWESOME PEOPLE AND AWESOME FOOD!

Hands down the best restaurant in Romeoville, there’s nothing else like it in this area. The food is fresh and made to order and the service is friendly, what more can you ask for? The catfish is meaty and flavorful, the shrimp is seasoned perfectly and the chicken is a 10/10. I highly recommend Surfs up Romeoville, this is a nice change from the everyday commercial food chains throughout the village.

This place never disappoints!!! I've ordered from this place about 5 times since I've moved to Romeoville and always left satisfied!

Just tried Surfs Up-Romeoville…. Food was delicious, fresh tasting and wonderful! We got catfish, shrimp and chicken. Please be advised this establishment doesn’t open until 2pm. Unaware, I ordered online at 1pm… but could not pickup until they opened. I left a message for them to call me when they opened. Special shout out to ‘India’ , who helped correct the issue, prepared the order and called me when everything was ready. Thx India!!We’ll definitely return soon!
