I placed and paid for an order for two family packs of chicken nuggets to be picked up at 5:30 (on line) The order successfully went through, payment was withdrawn by Wendy’s from my bank account. When I got to the store approximately an hour later (time requested on order for pick up) the rude lady told me no order was there. The on-line services were down. I showed her a copy of the order and the confirmation showing the order had been paid for from my phone. She advised me I would have to come back tomorrow. I asked for a manager and a gentleman from the back came up and told me this rude lady was the manager. After all this frustration, same lady tells me to contact the manager tomorrow. This store is run horribly with apparently no management and no concern for customers. Do not go to this Wendy’s. I believe they were not telling the truth in my opinion as I was able to go to the Wendy’s on weber for the exact same thing. Although I had to pay again and was not refunded by this Wendy’s as of yet. I did try to call corporate for a resolution, but it was Sunday evening and they were closed. In my belief, no real manager in this location for a resolution? And my order did go through with the money deducted from my account! I had a birthday party, so I needed to bring kids the food I had promised!!!!!Unhappy, will Never Return To This Poorly Run Location!!!!

The food was exactly what is expected from Wendy's in 2024. It was warm but definitely not hot. The staff was a mix of welcoming, rude, helpful, and discouraging. We did learn that asking questions related to your food is unacceptable. Just a very discouraging visit.

I came here 12/31/23 to order a sandwich I was rushed in ordering my meal the store was empty and so I asked the the manger lady why was she rushing she speaks no english couldn't understand what I was saying very unprofessional store service was below the standard I changed my mind and left.

Walked in to dine in. No one knew how to take a dine in order. One dude didn’t speak well enough English, the young girl was either too knew or too shy.. one voice by the drive through was asking the guy in Spanish if it was cash or card. This is society now.. Wow… just Wow. I walked over to Arby’s, those girls spoke English, took my order and had my food ready in 5 mins. I think you should have your staff trained at Arby’s, they have the meats and apparently they also have the customer service

I used the app to order to take advantage of a free Wednesday deal. Food was good and the service was good too. No complaints.
Waited in line for about 10 min to get cold food. Thought it was just a fluke the 1st time I visited this location. Today 10/26 was my 2nd visit & again waited 10 min to receive cold food. I'd recommend going elsewhere.

So …. This has been an experience.Manager is abrupt if not rude. He has zero customer service skills. I can handle that without complaining. However the food was terrible. The chili is very thick I think they scraped the bottom of the pot. And I ordered a ghost pepper chicken sandwich. It was old probably made hours earlier and it was dried out very bad see the picturesWe was so hungry that we went ahead and ate but wow I won’t be back. And I advise you to think twice.

Food is awful…afraid it has been in the danger zone too long!! Fries old and barely warm!!! Chicken sandwich hard and old… chili so thick you can’t call it chili …Health Department Needs to show upManger is rude and starts talking before your done talking ….NO COSTUMER SERVICE …..Dietary restrictions: No saltParking: No one was here

I've had some lousy experiences at Wendy's but this one doesn't seem to be quite as bad. Drive-thru is pretty quick and employees have been pretty nice. The $5 biggie bag (jr bacon chz, 4pc nuggets, sm fry, sm drink) is still the best deal in town. There's usually coupons that come in the mail, too. Don't sleep on Wendy's breakfast--the honey butter chicken biscuit is DELIGHTFUL!
