“I have to call out the weekend night crew! I come here often after work late and they are always busy. For good reason. They do a great job! Customer service and quality of food is top notch. I’ve seen them handle super long lines and fussy customers and deal with it like pros. If management sees this, give them props and/or a raise.“
“We love this place, and we really love Erin!! She is the best server, bartender, and wonderful person!! She makes this place one of our happy places!! I had the Mission Burrito with shrimp. It was so delicious: tons of perfectly cooked shrimp and veggies. I will definitely get that again. The potatoes with the black beans and cheese on top were soooo yummy!! The Natural with Heradura Resposado was perfect too!! We will always come back for such a good time and great food and drink!!“

“I think it has a different name now. Amazingly authentic food served with with no frills. Paper plates, plastic silverware and a humble atmosphere but don't judge. Just try the food. Best chorizo I think I've ever had.Vegetarian options: Nogales (cactus) and mushroom are filling options.“

“Love it. First time coming here and they did not disappoint. First off the ambiance is really nice. It is super clean and so are the bathrooms. The salt, ketchup, etc were all clean with no sticky residue, food, etc. The waitresses were friendly and came to check on us a few times. Food came out hot and fresh very quickly. It was good quality meat. Everything was seasoned but not overly seasoned. It was just right. The prices are very reasonable and affordable. They don't stay open all hours though so check the hours so you can try this fine establishment.“
“Fantastic place all around and I'd say the best and most authentic Mexican restaurant in town. The service is great. I always get takeout on Tuesday and they are fast and polite. Food is always hot and flavorful and they give you enough limes for all your tacos! They made a mistake and forgot to ring in something I ordered and when I came back to pick it up not only had they gotten the food for me for free, but they gave me 2! It was so above and beyond. I reccomend this place to anyone! Ps their drinks are amazing!“

“New to the area, walked in and was greeted right away by the young man I ordered a burrito dinner, 3 steak tacos, guacamole and chips. Didn’t wait to long for my order the norm 20 mins. Everything we ordered was delicious with good flavor and huge portions. Next time my family and I are dining in.“

“I've been looking for a place to get some good tacos since I move back to Illinois from California. I finally found one Dos amigos tacos are delicious and the staff are very friendly. It is a nice cozy little restaurant with great food and friendly service I would recommend this place to everyone.“
“Pork Screw City Taco is awesome, the chicken and steak was pretty lackluster. Service was pretty decent but not as I've come to expect after visiting their truck multiple times. Needed some tables cleaned off but it was just a bit after lunch time so maybe they were really busy.Parking: difficult to find parking but that's a downtown problem“
“I used to love going here to eat. This place was always amazing. I left and went to Florida for almost a year. I came back, and this place is even better. Holy cow, I can't believe I'm saying that. The portion sizes now are huge. I am a big eater, and I couldn't finish three tacos and corn. Everything I had was so very good. Be prepared for the bigger portions if you go here, well worth the cost though. Love this place. Credit to the cooks.“

But otherwise no complaints. They were a little busy, so the review on service could be changed as I don't know their situation. “I love going to an ethnic restaurant and seeing people from that ethnicity dining there. That’s a confirmation I’m about to get an authentic experience. Food was on point. Fresh. Hot. Fast. Seasons and ingredients were terrific. Fresh cilantro in the salsas. Chunky yummy salsa choices. It’s not a big place but they managed our large group from work for a lunch. Portions were generous and prices were good. We are looking to come back.“

“My first time here, I got the Mexican omelet w hashbrows and wheat toast. My wife got the French toast w eggs and sausage. Neither were "oh my coming back for this combo." However, it was good, filling and reasonably priced. The restaurant was dated but very clean. The service was intentional. Along with a black coffee and large O.J. cost was $23 before the tip. I would eat here again if I'm back in town for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.“
“This was the first time here but won't be our last. We decided to grab lunch before going grocery shopping. The restaurant was very clean. The staff welcomed us, and we were seated right away. The waiter recommended my lunch with chicken and chorizo. I could only eat half and take the rest home. Large servings. We can't wait to go back and try other items on the menu. There are a lot of choices. When we first saw the building , it has drive through windows, but it is not a fast food restaurant. There is a lot of parking and next to the grocery store. You should try!“
