I ordered a Dave's double cheeseburger in the app which comes with onion, tomato, lettuce, ketchup, mustard, and mayo. The only thing I changed was that I wanted less ketchup, mustard, and mayo. I got the burger and it had no onion, tomato, or lettuce but still had a lot of sauce. I take it back and they make a new burger but it still didn't have onion on it. I told the guy working there that there was still no onion on it and with a dumb look on his face said, "You wanted onion?"If you order anything here don't change anything in the order because they don't understand that easy sauce means put less sauce but still put everything else on it.

The employees don’t value what they are serving, just today went and got a basic burger and fry meal. Burnt patties that were also cold in the middle, same with the fries. Would have had a better experience eating something from the gas station.

Open up the short ribs ordered to carry out they had me park my car they brought out the hot food and forgot all my cold stuff. I don’t believe in one star so they get a bottom of the barrel two star rating for me.

Absolutely disgusting. Being handed a bag of greasy soggy garbage is just unreal.. if you actually want hot or even warm food that isnt completely soaked, go somewhere else..or the cheeseburgers at thorntons connected to them are bettet than wendys at this

I’ve now ordered from this location through DoorDash multiple times now. It’s good if you order during lunch time but the night crew is not keeping standard. Tonight was quite frankly the worst of it. I myself ordered a large Dave single meal, & when I received it not only were my fries barely half way filled but once I opened my burger I had to pull a pretty long strand of blonde hair out of my SANDWICH itself!!!! That is quite literally SO unsanitary & just straight up disgusting. My friend ordered a double stack and the burger patties were either old or over cooked, cold to touch, & had no mayo as she requested. Think it’s time I stop even trying with this night crew because this is just ridiculous at this point.

Always kind, friendly service. Above average accuracy. Sometimes limited English proficiency but I'd rather have service from a kind person with that than someone with the attitude a lot of the other Wendy's in the area havem.For cheap drive through fast food, they are the best option in the area.

Refused me a refund then threatened to call the cops on me when I insisted on having a refund if the food was still not ready.The manager said they didn’t have the ability to refund. That’s a lie and he’s a thief. They stole my money and I left without food because it still wasn’t ready after allll that.

I always ask for a fresh burger because when I get my burger it's generally hard and I feel like I got a bag for a fresh burger and then they lie and say that it's put on when I order it. But that's not true
