We stopped in for lunch. The service was top notch and so was the food. We also bought a couple of day old bread. Delicious sandwiches.Vegetarian options: I enjoy their veggie sandwich. The bread is fresh and so are the ingredients.

Usually don't write a review for fast food restaurants. This Jimmy John's was on top of their game. Came in at 12noon on a Sunday. All four employees were busy, seems like a lot of subs for carry outs and deliveries. Was greeted promptly and my Italian sub was made quick. All was good.

I came to this Jimmy John’s because my last experience with a Jimmy John’s wasn’t great. There was one a mile from me, but it had a 3.3 rating, so I went to this one on my lunch break. Drive through was convenient. ✅ The young lady who took my order was super nice. ✅ My order came out quickly and correct. ✅

I love Jimmy John’s and been to other locations as well as someone who is close to me works at one location but this location is ALWAYS inconsistent. Staff was rude when they delivered to the wrong address and blamed it on myself while it was their driver’s fault, because I used to address. Waited 2+ hours to get our food delivered and I decided to give them a second chance. But found a hair inside my sisters sandwich! Which was absolutely disgusting and I promise to not use this location in the future. Disappointing. Will use Elk Grove or Addison.
Ever since COVID, this has become one of only two Jimmy John's in the area with convenient, consistent hours. The one in Glendale Heights now closes at 6 PM and the one in Addison will just randomly close for no apparent reason. This one consistently delivers good food and service at reasonable prices, and they have Cherry Coke on the fountain, always a plus in my book! Also has a drive-thru, a convenient little bonus. =)

as my sandwich was being made, the person making it kept coughing all over the sandwich. never once tried to cover his mouth. not even a cough in his sleeve or anything. just straight coughing directly on my sandwich. do I need to say anything more ? stay away from this location !!
