We exited the restaurant and my best friend forgot her food she had ordered to go! We hadn’t even gotten to my car. She turned around and was told the food was thrown away! Normally, I would understand, but the restaurant wasn’t too busy and we were literally gone for 30 seconds. Would they have thrown away her purse or wallet if we left that too? Just odd. When we went back inside they did make her a new one, but we were given some attitude for asking, even though we thought we were being pretty understanding. The food here is great, though!!

Great food! My husband and son love the wings, and my favorite is the club sandwich. The restaurant is always clean and they have good service too.Kid-friendliness: Of course, expect to have sports on the TVs, but they have a kids menu with games and coloring. I also bring a small deck of cards so my son and I can play war.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a small ramp by the handicap parking spots to get up onto the sidewalk, and you need to go through 2 sets of doors, but there are no stairs. Everything is one level.

A solid sports bar with attentive service sitting at the bar. Owner was present and chatted us. Food is plentiful and well-crafted. New is an attractive outdoor space complete with three televisions. Easy to get to location in southwest Roselle.Not pretentious and very welcoming. Far better than it's Scottish-themed predecessor.

Never ever go to this Rookies! I got extreme food poisoning from this place, diagnosed by my doctor. This was the second time I went here. The first time my cousin got sick... should have not tried them again. Never had an issue at the rookies in Hoffman or elgin!

Only had drinks which were fine but the manager service was subpar. Was in a large group, and reservations were set only for management to throw a fuss even though they knew how many people would show up. They didn’t want a large party because there was a ufc fight going on that night? Which makes 0 sense given that a customer is a customer. Despite the large group, service was fine. I’ve never witnessed paying customers treated this way which is the reason for the 2 stars. Safe to say, won’t be coming back.

The worst in customer service. We had reservations for a large group of people. We had more people than the tables they provided us so we asked for more tables. The manager refused rudely saying that that's all they would give us. Several families in our party left because they wouldn't seat them. Their are empty tables all around us. The two tables right behind me are still empty after an hour and half. As more of our party arrived we told them to just say they were not part of our party and ask for a table. They were seated no problem because there are more empty tables than people. Too bad we didn't think of that before our other guests had to leave. Right now I am still counting 8 empty tables around us. Not sure what the managers problem is. Our server's are pleasant, the food is pretty good. But we will not return, poor management. One star.

The food was disappointing despite its high cost. I ordered nachos, wings, and fries. the nachos were not good, the wings tasted mushy and fake, and only the fries were the only okay part. When I mentioned to the manager that the chicken tasted fake, he replied defensively and said no it’s fresh like he cooked that mf. but okay. It would have been more appropriate for him to acknowledge my feedback politely and offer to make amends. I hope they improve the quality of their food and customer service. the waitresses were amazing and respectful i really appreciate yall. manager. improve ur food so this won’t happen again.
