This was my first time ever at Cold Stone and it was a great experience! Cold stone never appealed to me before I was vegan but the vegan option they added was too good to pass up. I came specifically for the plant based Silk almondmilk ice cream and it did not disappoint. I got their signature order which came with the Silk chocolate almond milk ice cream, bananas, peanut butter, and almonds. I swapped Oreos in place of almonds and truly enjoyed every bite! The workers were also so friendly and helpful in answering my questions. Such a delicious treat!

I’m sorry, but after catching peanut butter in my ice cream (when I have a peanut allergy), I’m sad to say I won’t come here anymore. Thank god I caught it as I could’ve had a severe allergic reaction.
I have ordered from them several times. I ordered my ice cream on the app using a delivery service. This is the second and final time they forget an ice cream in my order. You are an ice cream shop and you make ice cream. If you can't handle that close the store. Order 3 ice creams and get 1 out of 3 not good business. Called to resolve and it's like jumping through a hula hoop. Can't find my order and they act lost. No more done with this place.

first noticed the hair in the icecream. After ordering other flavors, i asked for two different kinds and apparently was too hard to mix in the toppings separately and he ended up just sprinkling it on top because its too complicated. Staff does not aim to please.

Is this a joke? For $8.05 I get one mini Reese’s and a quarter of a Heath bar mixed into mediocre ice cream? What a ripoff. Do yourself a favor and walk across the parking lot to Culver’s.
