This is the best place to go for customer service and food! My boyfriend and I had the Chicago cut and the whitefish and they were both delicious. Perfectly cooked and seasoned. Highly recommended!

Hosted a party for 16 people in the Stephan room. Waited dropped my hot dinner filet mignon in my lap. Had a burning feeling for a few seconds (no injury luckily) asparagus / squishy sensation was on floor the rest of the night . Only $70 taken off bill. Nothing against service fee . Nothing else towards cleaning or person next to me also affected and the inconvenience factor. Use to be my favorite restaurant in Rosemont. It's now a zero star rating for me ..
