PLEASE AVOID THIS LOCATION IF YOU CAN! You can already tell, even before you read my post, that this location is not good based on their reviews.Whoever is in charge here - Store Supervisor or Store Manager needs to either have more training or get fired.Very rude and very unprofessional. Spend your money somewhere else.

I swear to you I thought there was a gas leak. The two workers didn’t care about anything and moved like they were getting paid by the minute. I walked in and there was only 1 person in front of me and it still took over ten minutes. I like JJ’s but never again at the location. The franchise owner might want to check in on these guys every now and then. I have only given one other bad review in my entire life that’s how bad it was.

Worst Jimmy John’s! Attitude and rudeness from the staff. Drive thru is open if the staff feels like opening it. Brand new item on the menu, ordered it but they say got left off the truck. No greeting when you come in. This is a franchise where nobody cares.

I wish I could give them 0 stars but unfortunately the system doesn’t allow us but I would like to say their customer service is ridiculous. We got our order after 1 hours 45 min for 11 sandwiches. When we asked them about the delay of our order they replied us saying our owner doesn’t provide us more staff. I don’t understand why they have to give a name or title of a person who is not present here

Freaky fast? Hardly. They don't seem to be able to figure out delivery, and it is maddening. I've called several times, waited on hold, and now it's almost 2 hours after the original scheduled delivery. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS JIMMY JOHN'S IF YOU WANT TO GET YOUR ORDER DELIVERED - IT WILL BE MESSED UP, OR LATE, OR COMPLETELY INCORRECT AND YOU WILL NEVER BE COMPENSATED OR REFUNDED OR EVEN RECEIVE AN APOLOGY.JJ - you need to change your tag line from "freaky fast" to "FFS" because that's how you leave me feeling as I wait, and wait, and call, and wait.I DO NOT RECOMMEND.Here is the order of events:1) Delivery was VERY late, by over 30 minutes,2) Order was incorrect - they forgot a sandwich,3) I called, got put on hold several times, and left there, only to disconnect and call again. Was told the sandwich is back out for delivery4) The missing sandwich never appeared. I called back, waited on hold for more than 10 minutes, hung up, called back, and someone new answers. They have no idea how to help me.I get the short staff situation, but, that is no reason for the extremely poor customer service, and frankly the lack of common manners. The next time I want a Jimmy John's sandwich, I will NOT order from this location again.

I wish I could give negative stars! Staff is unprofessional, store is dirty...who runs this location?? You clearly don't care about your job. I work in food, so I empathize with food workers and I know how it can get. Sure, I placed an order 30min before you close, I get it...you want to get out of there. But sorry sweeties, you're still supposed to do your JOB and be SOMEWHAT PROFESSIONAL. I walk in, rap music is blasting, no one is wearing hats or gloves, handling money then making food...if I didn't give the guy a death stare he definitely would've made my sandwich without gloves!! Wtf!! (Also, don't put the option to pick your order up in the drive through and then have your drive through closed...seriously get a grip!) But the nail in the coffin is making a sandwich COMPLETELY wrong compared to what I ordered. Freaky fast and inaccurate, thats for-sure. My daughter has very serious egg and dairy allergies. I HAVE to check food after I order it. I specifically asked for no Mayo, no cheese. I get home, what do ya know, HAS mayo and cheese! It's like the instructions were in a foreign language or something!! God forbid I trusted them and she ate it without me checking...I would be writing this review from the hospital!! I called to ask for a refund, the rude employee just said "we're closed, I can't help you." You COULD help me...you just didn't WANT to. Then you keep me on hold for 10 minutes??? You literally gave me and my business a big middle finger...well guess what? RIGHT BACK AT CHA!! Save your money and sanity and DONT GO HERE!!!

We ordered the giant Italian sub to split and it was amazing! We were shocked how loaded the sub was. The pictures may not be pretty, but the sun way delicious and over-flowing! The service was wonderful and quick, and the man making our sandwich was very nice. God bless!

Had my food delivered to my hotel, which is adjacent to O'Hare International Airport, and was rudely told by my delivery driver to "use an American phone number" because he couldn't reach me by calling me.I was standing outside, waiting for him, since I couldn't track my delivery in the app. I'm not sure why he was calling since I went outside to wait for him as soon as I finished ordering. I was trying to be courteous but he let me know in no uncertain terms I was anything but!I'll happily spend my non-American money elsewhere! This used to be one of my favourite places to eat when I visited the States. Not anymore!Edited to add: I CANNOT USE THE FORM JIMMY JOHN'S PROVIDES ONLINE TO COMPLAIN BECAUSE OF LACK OF AFOREMENTIONED "AMERICAN" NUMBER. YOU MUST HAVE A NORTH AMERICAN FORMATTED NUMBER TO COMPLAIN VIA THE WEBSITE, JIMMY JOHN'S, WHICH I DO NOT HAVE AS I DO NOT LIVE IN NORTH AMERICA

Waited over 10 mins in the drive thru for nobody to answer, pulled to the window and saw staff. So rolled back around to the drive thru again waited another 6 mins and nobody answered. I parked and went in and lo-behold they're helping someone at the drive thru who was behind me 2nd time around. Got my order but they're ignoring drive thru customers consistently. Next time I guess I'll honk when I get to the window to get some service.
