One of the most horrible service from a bartender I’ve experienced. Coming from a restaurant manager who does this day in and day out for a living. Just trying to sit at the bar and have a few drinks. We started off by sitting and almost waiting 15min w/o acknowledgment from anyone. All we kept hearing from the bartender in the well was “take a seat there’s people in line” he not once greeted us. We figured we get a drink and head to play pool. He ended up skipping us for some other 2 people that came after us standing! Unbelievable we had to get up and leave to another bar for basic hospitality 101. Mind you he’s wearing black gloves to shake tins while he’s grabbing money with the same gloves and grabbing garnishes. Cross contamination?? Come on bud.Kings continues to go downhill super ghetto now bowlero has a better identity and it’s down the street! Don’t waste your money or time

I’m in a bowling league here every Thursday, my team and I love Kings. The service is top notch and the food is amazing. But the music is horrible… The jazz and 70s music is not working for the young crowd that’s usually in there.

I booked a family event to celebrate my brothers retirement. We had 11 guests so ordered from the catering menu. Everyone loved the food from kids to grandparents and everyone was happy and having fun. It’s a great place to let kids be kids and adults socialize. The staff were all attentive and pleasant. Overall I’d have to say it was a great experience. I would definitely come again and book another event.

Everyone in our party of 5 got sick. 1 waiter for an entire full room of dining on a Saturday. Gluten free options but only the manager can help the chef make them Gluten free. Highly recommend skipping this place.

I booked a birthday party and everything went really well. I had the pleasure of communicating with Rebecca and she answered every question I had. Everything she said translated exactly as she said it would. The food was good and even though we didn't have a private room it was really nice to have our two lanes closed off with the red curtains it made it feel private. Our server Monse was really great and very sweet! She also helped with getting birthday candles for the cake. I would recommend this place for an even if you truly like to bowl!

It’s been 6 years since my last bad review, I’ve moved to Atlanta and came back home to hang with family and friends. 6 years later the service is still horrible, we sat for 30 minutes with out being offered a menu or a drink. People came in after us and got served, we had to find a manager just to get a menu. Our pizza was brought to us with no plates or anything. It seems like no one likes working here, all the employees seem inconvenienced by doing their job. After spending over $200 we just left and went to Dave and busters. Maybe it will be better in another 6 years!
