First time having falafel. It was good but have no comparison. I would definitely eat falafel again.

Terrible customer service with an attitude because I ask if he could give me my drink and his reply was wait for the guy. Who treats A customer as if their A bother for asking what they paid for. Cook had his mask down in the kitchen and was rubbing his face. Great job during cov19. Noone what you DNA in their food j****** Total fail!!!

Worth every penny! I decided to try this place after years of visiting the outlets, wow I’m amazed at the quality of ingredients and taste of my meal. It’s a wholesome meal and I’m so happy I tried it. I got the sandwich. Yes hard too eat but so good.

I like Maoz - but not this location. The one in Woodfield (Schaumburg) is a lot better. I've consistently had dry falafel, and the pitas are not cut properly. Instead of cutting them deeper to hold more food like Schaumburg does, they're stingier here and won't hold as much.

Who would believe you could get a very healthy and delicious meal inside a mall food court?! We enjoyed every single bite of our salad bowl. It had all different kinds of vegetables (beets, olives, lettuce, carrots, etc.) and falafel mixed together with some sauce — so tasty! My brother had a rice place with veggies + falafel on the side. He definitely enjoyed his meal.

I had the drink that was like apple, pineapple and jalapeno, was ok, but I don't think I'd order that one due to a strong weird after taste. It wasn't the jalapeno, and I greatly enjoy spicy food, so I know it wasn't that. Every thing on the menu seemed way over priced for the quantity it was at so I had dinner somewhere else.

A healthy alternative compared to the other options of burgers, pizza, Philly cheesesteaks, cinnamon rolls, pretzels, etc. in the mall. Got the sandwich that comes with 5 falafels, salad bar toppings, and sauce. They fry the falafels right after you order--it's not sitting under a heat lamp all day. You get to choose the toppings and sauce. My favorite is the tahini. As for toppings I just select 4 or less as to not overwhelm the sandwich. The service was a little slower since there are not enough workers during the pandemic. There was one person working the cashier and another in the kitchen. A third was on lunch break. So be prepared to wait. Other than that it was a healthy, pleasant experience. Great location in the food court, one of the first ones you see. Good area for lunching and people watching.
