I was invited to a wine dinner at Morton's. The food, wine, and service was impeccable. The servers were attentive without being overly so. The atmosphere was very friendly and we had a great time. ?

I love the atmosphere and we could actually carry on a conversation due to the fact that it was quiet and intimate.

1st time here. Excellent cocktail and wine list. Service great. Staff was able to make delicious recommendations. Jumbo shrimp cocktail was 5 majorly jumbo shrimp and cocktail sauce. Party I was with raved about the crab cakes. Sour cream mashed potatoes was a large portion meant to share and was super creamy. Steaks were delicious and perfectly cooked. The key lime pie was the best I've ever eaten. It was more sweet than tart. Atmosphere was dimly lit and perfect for the room. Manager stopped by often to make sure we were having a good time and food came out perfect. Restrooms clean.

The Staff were well informed on the menu and were super awesome with making yummy recommendations. I was able to sub my filet with a waygu one instead and add a lobster tail. The expresso martinis were beyond amazing and wine I ordered was a light dry with a touch of sweet bottle 911♡ celebrated an anniversary here and they allowed us to keep the menus that said happy anniversary as well as give us an on the house dessert of our choice. The food was amazing from the oysters, to the crab cake ♡ if you haven't been plz check it out.

Celebrating 24th wedding anniversary. My wife ordered the Caesar salad for starter, and I ordered french onion soup. Both were great, then we ordered the filet mignon and the New York strip, and they were super tender and juicy. Service from our waitress Athena was excellent, very attentive, and helpful when we ordering. We also received a complimentary dessert from our wonderful waitress. Thank you for the excellent experience.

The ambient is beautiful , food was spectacular , and had the best service. Adriana surprised us with a cutest photo card for my boyfriend's birthday and that made the night special. Will definitely coming back !!

We had our wedding reception at this location 3 years ago and got the chance to have dinner here to celebrate our anniversary tonight. Hilda was our server and she was amazing. We loved all we ordered— the chopped salad, dry aged ribeye, corn soufflé and potatoes au gratin. To end the night we enjoyed the generous portion of chocolate cake. There’s a reason why we chose Morton’s Rosemont 3 years ago, and why we came back tonight. We even got to revisit the private room where we held our reception.

Hello all, Me and my husband went to Morton's Steakhouse in Rosemont on 02/17/24. We though we were going to have a nice time. Well guess what it was not so nice. My husband ask for Valet parking. We just got our Corvette and the valet guy didn"t know we were watching and he drove out of the Morton's lot and took a joy ride around the block at high speed. My husband waited for him to exit our car and asked him. Why didn't he just park instead of driving around the block and then asked the valet guy did he have fun? Of course my husband was very upset. The valet guy said " I ain't gonna lie I did take a joy ride!" My husband got even more upset came back inside the restaurant and asked to speak to the manager Mark Acer. The manager spoke to the valet guy first and the valet guy lied. The manager had the valet guy come in an apologize to my husband. The apology was not enough because he still tried to lie until my husband looked him in the face and said " so you are gonna lie right here to your manager? What if you had of wrecked my car? Can you pay for my car or will the restaurant pay for my car?" The valet guy stood there in silence embarrassed and the manager escorted the valet guy away. The manager apologized as I was trying to calm my husband down and I asked would you still like to eat here. My husband said yes. The manager sounded like he said our meal would be taken care of. So my husband said ok thanks. The manager says he will report the incident to the valet company. We proceeded to be seated, ordered and ate. The manager came over once to see if we were ok. We continued to eat and when we were done, we were handed the bill by the waitress. $170.00! We asked for the manager to return and the manager says he was only stating that we could have desert on the house! WHAT!!!!! My husband says that's not what you said to me. My husband said if this happened to you how would you feel?! The manager kept saying "no need for any problems." We paid and left the restaurant and the guy was still parking cars as valet!!!!!! This was the most horrible experience I have ever had at a Morton's and the foot was not that great for the price. Never again Morton's and this will not be the end of this complaint. I am contacting the owners of Morton's Steakhouse and I am sure the other patrons will read this as well. We need a better result. I wonder what valet company they use. That info was not given to us but trust and believe I will find it and contact them also because I feel like this will just be an incident that is forgotten and sweep under a valet rug. If this man had of wrecked our car or lost his life joy riding I wonder what Morton's would have done.

Tried this place during Chicago Restaurant Week. I appreciate the amount of food on special pricing. Their food was decent and portions were good.It is just me but I don’t like overall dark restaurants, that’s why only 2 stars for atmosphere.

One of the best. Personally, I prefer Ruth's, but to me, this is a close 2nd. Good food. Good service. Nice ambiance. Not cheap but shouldn't be.

I made the reservation and you/they made me confirm my reservation three times in 24 hours by email text and phone. Each time I was told if I didn't confirm I would lose the reservations.. I was told I had a 5 minute grace period and that we could dine longer than 75 minutes for table Turnover!! We raced to get there in time which we did. To the minute. When we arrived in time we were told there was a 30 minute wait!!!! Whaaaat? After making us confirm 3 x? Talked to the front desk guy. He shrugged his shoulders talked to the “manager” I asked why they could call and text us they were running late. They wanted to make sure their tables were filled but not to tell the customers that they were backed up. He said he understands. Didn't offer us one of the 5 empty tables in the bar u til we asked if we could sit there. Didn't offer us anything like a complimentary drink. Never ever came to check on us. After that - food was cold. Cold steak. Cold lobster (supposed to be warm). Then they overcharged us for an appetizer ( it was supposed to be e included but the smallest u readable print said there was an up charge. They charged us more than the up charge) Called over the second manager- he asked how he could make it right but it was too late. I insisted on paying full price so he understood it wasn't about the money but a totally terrible experience. Then he begged me to come back and said if I did he'd give me a free drink/free dessert onl- ha never Management top to bottom was horrible. By the way the waitress was nice but brand new- didn't even know the difference in steak types. This is NOT the old Morton's. Bad service, scammy prices, cold food and $300 dinner for two. DONT GO HERE Go to Gibsons or Ruth Chris or Mastros. This is not the old Morton's. Terrible terrible terrible and they don't even know ow how to fix it or care to. PS- on booking I had to put a $50 cc non refundable deposit down. So THEY could fill tables. Concerned only about them not us.

Food quality just doesn't seem to be where it should be for the prices, but then again I guess the quality of everything has kind of gone down hill. The steak lacked luster, had an abnormal amount of gristle and was either rested on the plate cold or sat around for a while under a lamp because it was swimming in juice when it arrived and rather unattractively so. Server and bartender had no idea what an amaretto stone sour was despite my efforts to explain it, kept the second drink because it least it was drinkable. Won't be returning, wasn't really the nice dinner out experience I was expecting for the price.
