Great food, I love the kiosks because you can customize everything to your liking and add on extra stuff. Shakes were so good, you can tell they use the good ice cream to make them.

They have a female on the grill & she does an excellent job ..... i asked for well done & she nailed it! The Supervisor came out and I said I could clean my table.. she told me ...." no way' she is there to serve me & with a smile! I have been coming here for years and it still taste great! Those Steak Burgers are still one of the best because you can 'TASTE' the burger with everything on it.... and you can taste everything else on the burger, and to me...... "THAT'S A STEAK BURGER" the Shakes are still great and the CUSTOMER SERVICE is still .........EXCEPTIONAL! I really want to add that in this (prices gone wild) economy.....Steak n Shake has managed to keep the prices low and the combos are $7.09 + tax.. a burger, french fries & a drink with free refills ......and kid & senior citizen friendly.Thank you to all the staff at STEAK n SHAKE in Rosemont, IL .... your still my #1 Steak n Shake.

I love how you're now able to self-check out at the kiosks which was smooth and seamless. The double garlic butter burger was absolutely flavorful and delicious, the cotton candy and oreo shakes were everything I could've dreamed of, and the atmosphere was inviting, calm, and peaceful. They've definitely stepped their game up here.
