Located in the Rose Hotel, same proximity as Dave and Buster's and Trulucks. If the parking is full, just park in the huge parking lot across the street by Dave and Buster's. When you walk into the hotel, the Thorn restaurant is to your right. The vibe is semi classy and intimate. It can also be a casual place to hang out, eat, and watch tv. Great in hotel option for a two day stay!Came to stay at the Rose hotel by Hilton for two days and really enjoyed the delicious options that the thorn restaurant and lounge had to offer. On the first day I had the delicious rose burger, which was well seasoned with a delicious bun and tasty fries. For breakfast I had the breakfast burrito which the big highlight there was actually the smashed red potatoes.
