I was pleasantly surprised at how tasty my margarita pizza was - I ate the whole thing! The service was terrific even during the brief power outage due to the snow storms - the staff was attentive and friendly. I’d definitely visit again.

I attended a customer event in the ballroom and had a very nice time. The facilities were great and it was easy to get to. The staff was great, especially Rina (sp), who was wonderful to talk to and represented the hotel very well. Nice event and I hope to use this establishment, again. I did not stay the night, so I can’t speak on the rooms.

Hotel is average, and real close to the airport. Lots of restaurants nearby. I do not recommend Caddy Shack, overpriced drinks and average taste of food. The hotel offers shuttle service, BUT only once an hour. Hotel service said they pick up at International, which they DO NOT. They had me shuttle over to the domestic terminal and wait 50 min for pick up.

The price was good and proximity to the conference center made it a great choice. The staff was amazing. They were so accommodating to our group, checking us in early & offering to store bags on our departure day. Front desk and coffee bar employees were incredibly kind, helpful, and friendly. The rooms were clean and no complaints there!

Paid 50$ addition for a room including Break fast. But the break fast at the restaurant was 11$ per person. Paid 25$ for an open parking, Will not get my business again. The staff were good. Nothing else worth anything.

I booked this location strictly for parking and transportation to/from the airport. You can imagine my surprise when I was informed that the shuttle only runs once an hour. Mind you that this is a 6 minute drive. To make matters worse, when we arrive back in town, the shuttles last run was at 9:30. With this being said, we had to take an Uber to and from the airport in place of their shuttle. Very disappointing.

Shuttle from O'Hare sucks. Once every hour, waited about 40 minutes and saw other hotel shuttles come and go, come and go, while I waited. For a business hotel I think that's a mistake. May even make me stay at a hotel with a more frequent shuttle. Because they're all pretty much the same. Check in was good, room was ok, some airplane noise, but acceptable.

I was in town for a conference at this hotel and stayed two nights in a King room on the 10th floor. The room itself was well-appointed, very clean and I was mostly impressed with the level of noise reduction as it is next to O'Hare airport and there was a plane overhead about every five minutes. I was instructed that I would not have housekeeping visit unless I requested it, which I did not. While I was at my conference downstairs, apparently housekeeping came in to my room anyway and cleaned but only about half the room. I complained and was given a late checkout as a comp for the trouble. The only restaurant that was open every night is Caddyshack which is average bar food. There is not much else around this hotel other than pricey steakhouses which is great if that's what you are looking for, but its about the only option. When I booked I was told there was room service available, but when I asked at the front desk (in person, because the phone in my room did not work) I got a funny look and was told there is no room service. I was thankful that my conference provided breakfast and lunch because otherwise there would have been no dining options at all for these meals. Front desk staff could have been friendlier. Banquet staff in our conference was amazing. I was a bit confused that the hotel catered our conference but did not offer any room service. Parking is fairly inconvenient and is located at the opposite end of the property from where we had to check in, access our conference and the elevator to our room. There is a giant upscale outlet mall across the street which is an easy walk. If you are looking for casual dining options, you'll find them there. It is too bad that the hotel staff didn't point that out when I asked. I visited the mall prior to heading home and wish I would have earlier. All in all it was a nice and comfortable room and the convenience of being in the same building as my conference outweighed the negative.

Booked on Expedia but the there are probably some delay in their system. The hotel got overbooked and the front desk just removed us without earlier notice and because we booked from the third party, there’s no refinement for their mistake!!!! Then I asked if we could stay in the lobby to check if any hotels has the availability but the front desk just threatened us to leave in half hour and my wife and our three-year old kid had to stay in the middle of no where for another couple of hours before we could check in to a motel. Never choose this hotel ever unless you want the worst experience in Chicago.

Stay away!!! Smelly room might be bearable if the restaurant at the lobby would have offer anything edible … we are used to airport hotels and we set the right expectations but here … 20 years without any renovation and young inexperienced receptionists make this one of the worst place we have never been

I have been a Priority Plus member for more than 30 years. This was hands down the worst stay ever. I agree with the previous reviewer about the shuttle from O'Hare. We waited one hour and thirty-five minutes. When we called after an hour, they told us he was at the hotel and would be there in twenty minutes. Half hour later he showed up. When I told him how disappointed we were, he told us to complain to management. UGH! When I tried to tell the front desk, she just came up with some lame excuse about flight times. When I tried to explain about seeing the same hotel drivers come by two or three times while we were waiting, she just said she did not want to argue, so have a nice day. UGH! Some customer service!! Our room was a bit dated with one part of the ceiling patched, and another with peeling paint. Went down to Caddyshacks for a drink and dinner. IT was closed with a sign that they hoped to reopen in a few days. UGH! Lobby bar was closed, so no drinks at this airport hotel. UGH!! There was a pizza place, but no pizza!! Ended up walking two blocks to Gibson's in the Doubletree and it was wonderful!! When we got back to the Crowne, we got a message from Delta that our early morning flight had been cancelled. I decided to go to the computer center to rebook and print boarding passes. Both computers were broken. UGH! When I asked the front desk for help, the same lady from earlier came over and said "yep they are plugged in alright, can't you just use your phone?" UGH!!! I just said goodnight. Never again at this poorly run so-called Crowne Plaza!!!

I visit Rosemont on a monthly basis for work and have stayed in several hotels in the area. I decided to give the Crowne Plaza a try since i have never stayed at one, it ended up being the worst choice ever. This is definitely more of a two star hotel, the location and customer service were great but that is where it ends. The parking is $25 which is cheaper than some others in the area, however their parking lot is a mess. the parking spots are SO small and people are parked crooked left and right. The hotel also provides a in/out parking ticket that didn't seem to work, overall they just need a new parking system. As for the hotel, check in was smooth and simple. Again, great customer service. The room was fine upon entrance, a little musty and old seeming. Definitely showing signs of wear and tear. The sink was filling all the way to the top while I was washing my face which was annoying. There is no vent in the bathroom so if you shower, it gets extremely steamy. The TV was also very small. There was a mini fridge which was a nice perk. Overall, this is a lower end hotel and there are better hotels in the area.

My hubby and I waited for over one hour -- ONE HOUR - for Crowne Plaza shuttle @ O'Hare... and it never arrived, EVEN THOUGH staff on the phone told us it was "on it's way....." 3:15pm call on 7/5: shuttle is "on its way." 3:30 call: again, it is "on its way." 4pm call: first time representative tells us shuttle is only once an hour (what about the two times you told us it was on its way??), this info is on the hotel website (it is NOT, I checked); but that shuttle is (again) "on its way." Waited an additional 20 minutes, still no shuttle. Took taxi ($25) to hotel. I was PISSED that staff LIED to us three times, telling us shuttle on its way. If there is no shuttle, SAY SO, and we will get a taxi or Uber and not sit there for an hour. I told rep @ counter, "Jennifer" (oh, no nametag, so who knows) that I would post on TripAdvisor/Google/Yelp etc... and we get an offer to comp us $20 for the taxi ride. Go blow, don't need your $20; but you LIED to us and made us, when exhausted from travel, wait ONE HOUR in the sun. Holiday Inn Express shuttle passed us three times!! Also, Hilton, Hilton Garden, Loews, Hyatt, La Quinta, Comfort Inn, ALoft, Four Points, Best Western, Westin, Hyatt Regency... all had shuttles come by multiple times. BUT NOT THE CROWNE PLAZA!!! BEWARE, DO NOT BOOK.

Stranded in Chicago. Called ahead to make sure pool was in working order. Have autistic child and needed a way to keep him occupied. Also asked if airport shuttle started early. Both of those questions were answered with a yes. When we checked in we were told the pool did not work and shuttle did not start early enough for our flight. We re-booked our flight for later so we could make the shuttle. When we went downstairs at 6:30 the next morning we were told we missed the 6 am shuttle and they only run each hour. They never told us that they only run every hour! They never explained that when we got clarification on the shuttle the night before. To add to that, the TV had no kid channels and kept losing the signal. Also, there were NO plugs in the room that worked so we couldn't charge our cell phones, etc. The pictures of the hotel were very deceiving. Really, all it takes is communication. When you advertise about being close to the airport, you should run your shuttles more frequently to accommodate your travelers. When someone calls to ask specific questions about your hotel, you should tell them the truth. Customer service at this place is lacking. Horrible experience.

The stay at the hotel was very disappointing. The location was great. The staff were nice. BUT the hotel was very dirty. There was food all over the floor at the back entrance, west side entry. Parking was a pain. The most upsetting experience, which was the reason why we booked there, was that the pool was absolutely disgusting. Chunks of dirt were in the corners of the bottom of the pool. We were with a party of kids and 2 pool tiles, in the pool, were broken leaving sharp edges around the pool for people/children to get easily harmed. It honestly looked as if the pool was not cleaned in weeks. Probably will never book there again. Also, the fridge did not work the first night. All the food we brought spoiled over night.
