2020.New owners care very little about their customers. Burgers are pathetically small for the starting price. 2024- update. My wife and I decided to give another try and the burgers are back to a better size. We ordered the triple cheese with bacon and it was delicious. My only suggestion is to get rid of bag lettice( it tast like chemicals) and go with slicing fresh heads of lettuce. Service was on point too.

I placed an order over the phone and when I got there food was ready. I can still feel the heat from the food in the bag. That's how I like it. The food is good and I hope you all continue to improve your quality of food. Prices was kinda high as well.

This was the absolute worst chicken wings I have ever had in my existence on this planet. So ice cold and salty is was absolutely horrendous. DO NOT ORDER FROM BUFFALO WILD WINGS!!!!! Their sauce is good but the chicken is literally rubber. Dominoes has wayyyy better chicken wings than Buffalo Wild Wings could offer. This place is absolutely pathetic. If you waste your money here you might want to think again. This place should honestly be as cancelled as James Charles is. Please for your own sake and for everyone else’s do not support this place in any way whatsoever. I thought it was hyped up but I was completely let down. You might as well just buy the worst quality chicken and the worst quality sauce and slap it together. That is Buffalo Wild Wings in a nutshell. Gtfo with your fake chicken and your horrible salty sauces. Please somebody revive me from this experience.

My issue with bddubs is that their menu changes every 3 months. Some of the salads and burgers I liked are gone and their online ordering doesn't allow for a lot of customizations that would allow to recreate those menu

Took 50min to get food after ordering.24 traditional and 6 boneless, so nothing fancy, and the place was not busy by any means . . . 50min to get food to the table.When food arrived, the boneless were brought out as traditional, then it took 35 more minutes for those to come out, and that was 10min after I went to check on the order because the server never followed up.When I spoke to a nice female server, she apologized and said she'd send a manager over to our table.The server never brought out napkins or silverware, I went and grabbed them.Our young daughter sat with no food, we weren't going to sit and eat in front of her, so our food was cold by the time hers arrived.We asked for the check when the boneless came and he brought it over quickly, but then he never returned for payment.We asked another server to take our check and she gladly did.The guy walked partially back with it, stopped a female server and passed it on to her, then she brought our check to us.The male server in the bar area put in the wrong order, never followed up, never attempted to correct the situation, then ignored the table.We were never disrespectful to him, we simply never saw him.We never saw a manager either.Worst ran BWW, consistently. That was the last attempt at this location.

At Ease

I have come here many times and I have sadly seen this place go downhill as a result, Hair in my food, orders wrong quite often, and orders taking very long to complete. At times the staff has been a bit rude to me or whoever I am with but never enough to be a big enough problem nor consistent enough. I never imagined myself to be the type of person to write a review complaining but it has consistently happened over the course of a year. The food is pretty good and pricy, but I would say if nothing were to be wrong with the order it would be worth it. I really don't expect anything to come from this, I just wanted to express how almost nearly every single time I have gone there was something wrong with my order sadly.

Decided to go out for dinner with relatives in from Arizona. On the way there she texted us that it was crowded but had gotten a table in the back. When we entered the front hallway, the takeout window was jammed with maybe 25 people. Since we had a table we bypassed everyone and went and met our cousins. The waitress came and greeted us and took our beverage orders. I asked her what was going on with the crowd at takeout she said that it was 2 for 1 night on the small wing orders. Uh-oh. After our drinks came, we placed our food order which took over 1 1/2 hours.To the credit of staff the waitress kept us informed about the delay and the manager came past at the end of dinner and asked how everything was and he, too, apologized and we were each comped a beverage.Live and learn.
