Went to order in the drive through at 6:00 PM. There were only 2 cars in front of us, and by the time I got up to order they asked us to hold on. Sat there for another 10 minutes and while we were waiting we heard the intercom activate twice, hearing the employees swear and just talking over it. I finally asked if they knew we were still there and still asked us to wait due to being busy. We ended up driving away without ordering; and while we were driving away saw the same 2 cars that were ahead of us in the beginning, still waiting up by the window for their orders. Safe to say I'm never coming back.

It took 30 minutes to get my food. I was charged more than I was supposed to and given a phone number to fix it. The sides were all the wrong sizes. I'll be buying my chicken at chicken shack after this. And order legs & thighs & wings & breast.

The taste of chicken drastically changed over the years and KFC should stop making chicken tenders. It's not good. Soggy. Reminds me of orange chicken from China buffet.
Had to wait for chicken to be cooked. That's a good thing . And gave me a discount for having too wait.

There is always a lot of wait when it comes to this KFC. Sitting in here now and going on 20 minutes waiting for my 8 piece family meal. They are trying, and they put up with a lot of attitudes from angry customers waiting for a while. Seems that they just need better organization to handle busy times.

Yeah didn't fill my large fry all the way and couldn't give me a 2nd bbq when I asked for 2 when I ordered for my sandwich and nuggets. That's ok you can take this 1 star and consider it 0
