Long line and just one cashier. Not the first time that this happens. I used the self check out, but I still have to wait until the cashier is available because the cups are out of the customer's reach. What is 'funny' is that there are other workers around that don't seem busy, but they are not helping (I guess the cashier is the only one in charge of this task). Other Panera does have the cups at the customer's reach and soccer have to wait in long lines for a simple drink.

Just had dinner at this shop. The place was so dirty, I will not go back inside. I don’t even want to order food from their kitchen. The tables were dirty, the carpet is matted down, the booths are stained with food, I didn’t want to touch anything that was a fixture in this restaurant! The low lighting still shown the detritus on the trash cans, the windows, the doors. Last timeI eat or order from that location. It needs updating, upgrading, someone to care about cleanliness, customer experience, and my sandwich was soo thick, it broke the top portion of the bread. How was I supposed to put that that concoction into my mouth? Poor excuse for two diner’s bill of over $35 inside for two sandwiches with chips and a soft drink! Never again and certainly would not recommend ordering from there from the looks of the customer’s eating area cleanliness!

I ordered half Green Goddess salad and half chicken soup through Uber Eats. The soup was ok, I didn't expect much. The salad, though, had nothing to do with what other locations provide as quality. Half the ingredients were missing and it looked awful. No boiled eggs, no pickled onions, only a few crumbs of bacon at the bottom, and 3-4 halved, not very fresh, cherry tomatoes. My dressing cup was 2/3 empty. I ordered smoked pulled chicken, and received regular. On top of that, the Uber Eats driver left the food at my front door, in the heat and all the critters outside, without even bothering to ring the bell or knock. I got reimbursed for the food but I will never order from this location again. I called to explain what happened, and the lady didn't seem very concerned. She kept telling me that I will be reimbursed, while my point was to let them know that they need to improve the quality of their service if they want to stay in business. Very disappointed!

Pam is such a nice person. Hard to find good employees right now but Stella's found a great one. Drinks are cold and priced right- great game options. I will go back for sure!

I'm struggling with why i can't order a salad from panera bread by calling them being told no won't take your order, obviously they don't want the business
I'm very impressed with the friendliness of the ladies that work at Stella's in Fox Lake! It's a great place to go and everyone is always happy that you came in and actually miss you when you don't! It's a great place to meet new people and have fun! Thank you for making me feel special!

Let me warn you about this place. There is a man who works there with a beard who will watch your play, ask you about wins and losses, and generally be nosy all in the name of hopefully procuring a "tip" for himself. Some of us want privacy, not to mention the fact that we may have lost hundreds in a previous visit. WE take the risk not HIM. While he doesn't quite come out and say his intentions they are very clear, and very disturbing.
