Not to bad of a service. With a special going on of 20 wings and you can split it into 4 flavors, i was told that i can only do 2 flavors because they were busy. I get it, but you have 5 people, and all you are doing is tossing the wings in sauce.

Today was my last day coming to this wingstop. First off the people running the store don’t understand a word you say. I can speak some Spanish but they don’t speak Spanish so there is zero way to talk to them.It took 10 min to give my order because the kid couldn’t understand me. Then after I got the order in, he didn’t know how to give change for the money I gave him. He shorted me in my change and I explained to him what she shorted me. He didn’t know what a quarter and 2 dimes meant. I had to reach in the drawer and grab it because he didn’t know.The food came out and it was terrible. Sometimes it’s really good but the last few it’s been overcooked. I actually cracked a filling the wings were so hard, so I gave them back. The second batch was worse. Terrible. And then the corn was caked with spice rub that you couldn’t even eat it.Stay far away from this wingstop. Terrible.

I've had their food and also door dashed for them and both are terrible. Almost every time I had to pick up the food for delivery, they were closed early without warning and most of the time it was supposedly because they "ran out of chicken" and the times I was actually able to get in to pick up the food they supposedly didn't know and would often make me wait an hour for them to make the food.Whenever I've gotten food for myself, it was almost always half cooked. I don't know why people like this place and why it has good reviews, I'd rather drive all the way to McHenry or Gurnee to get buffalo wildwings than get anything from wingstop.

Great food and fast service. I come here all the time and they never mess up my order. I had placed an incorrect order and did not want the combo and I wasn’t given the 70c wing deal. Gautam was quick to help and refunded my money. Extremely kind and great service from him every time I go.

Came shortly after opening to let them know I had a pick up order. Visibly annoyed employee said 15 minutes which was fine since I scheduled it for that time. Order as still late somehow. Lazy employees. Still prepping all throughout opening.
Took my money and forgot my order that was biggest cost. When i called they said to come in next time and mention my name and they will give me the order. When i called before i ordered delivery again asking to put my missing order with a new order 6 days later, they said they dont have any information on my name or past orders and didnt give it to me. This is a joke. Way to miss $25 worth of my bonesless wings, and just conveniently lose that information that now that i cant get it.

Very lazy employees. I picked up Uber from this location which container drinks and I was handed cups to make the drinks myself. Uber drivers are there for pickup ONLY not to be involved in any of the food or drink prep. To top it off the restaurant was completely empty so this should’ve already been taken care of. Just very unprofessional.

The lady/owner that works there has a horrible attitude.All you need is the order number and or the email showing your order number to show you the order. You shouldn't have to give any other information regarding your order. I never have any problems with the men that work there. I wish I was able to rate the food separately because the food is 5 stars.
