If they made the food the way they used to, it would be a lot better. It's never warm enough. The fries are good, but lately I've been getting just warm ones of those as well. I wish they would go back to the old way.

Wow Burger King. We ordered almost a hundred dollars worth of food from you. Delivered. Chicken fries were in ghost pepper chicken fries boxes. No one dared to eat them. The sauces we ordered didn't come. When we called to straighten everything out, someone answered, listened to a bit of the conversation, then set the phone down and never picked it up again. When I drove over and went in, the store was pretty empty. I asked for the manager, Susie is her name. She told me she put regular chicken fries in the ghost pepper boxes and we should have known that b/c the hot ones are red. I'm not sure how we were supposed to know that, but ok...... When I told her we didn't get our sauces, she blamed the Door Dash driver. I'm no longer a customer of Burger King in Sandwich IL.

I have given this Burger King multiple tries to get it right. Every single time there is something wrong with our order. This time I actually opened the bag next to the window and pointed out, again, all of the things that weren't right. They offer nothing but excuses, none of them actually valid. I paid $24 to get the wrong food and the wrong drink again!!!! I will not be coming back. There is a Burger King right down the road I can get it from.

2 days in a row got my order wrong first day overcharged me ordered 2 whopper jr meals and plain hamburger I recd 2 whopper meals my order totaled 31.67 then I ordered 2 ham and cheese croissant recd bacon croissant seems they can’t get anything

I have eaten here a couple of time and each time the burgers were very cold. It was like they did not even try to keep them warm. Not a place I would recommend unless there is absolutely nothing else out there.Vegetarian options: They do have the plant based impossible whopper here. Just be careful and ensure it is hot or warm before you leave.Parking: The parking lot is typical of just about any fast food location.Wheelchair accessibility: They have wheelchair access.
