Everything was good but the way the manager was talking to the cashier made me absolutely sick I can’t believe the employees take that I would walk out she needs to be reported to corporate the cashier who was assisting me was more than pleasant and helpful he was a maybe mid 20s African American male and had good energy until the manager who’s a white female with a buzz cut came and was absolutely awful to him and it wasn’t even busy I’m not sure why she was so stressed I think they should switch rolls a manager should never bring their employees down I hope she gets demoted or fired

stopped this morning 5/1 ordered a md hot coffee & asked for no creamer still got creamerordered two sandwiches with NO egg and both have eggno cars were in front of me & the order was repeated to us 2-3 times .

I wouldn’t go here at all. The place gets trashier every time I see it, the workers there are straight out rude and to top it some of them just look at you like you’re not speaking English. If there was a 0 star rating available I’d choose it.

Ordered a nitro, girl filled a cup of cold brew in front of me. Told her that's not what I ordered and she walked away. Another worker came and tried to fix my order and got a full glass of foam. Manager argued with me and stated "that's the way it comes out". Save your patience and money.

Wish I could give no stars, but it is what it is.Went in got me a coffee and a turkey sausage and egg. After taking 2 bites, I looked at the sandwich, and the meat was very pinkish looking. I know they come precooked, but still looked like raw ground turkey to me. So I talked with an employee and she said she'll remake the sandwich, but as soon as I went in she said the manager said "NO!" So I asked to speak with her so I could show her the sandwich, and as soon as she turned the corner, she was very hostile and wanted to speak over me rather than listen to me. So yeah, I told her "listen I'm the customer and to please listen really quick," but she began to walk to the back and grab another turkey patty to show me how they come. At this point, she still didn't look at the sandwich, and I told her to take a look, and she refused and she then said "well then don't eat it, what do you want your money back"? At this point I wanted nothing from this place. I asked for her name, but didn't get it. I tossed out the sandwich in the heat of the confrontation because of my anger. I didn't get a chance to snap a pic. I really wanted to cuss her out for being so hostile but I'm not that guy anymore.She needs to learn empathy and put herself in the shoes of the customer. A hostile manager is bad for business 3.7 stars is not a good look for a Dunkin.

I wish I could give less that one. I heard he and the manager curse out a woman today and make many racial comments while getting rich off black dollars. They are mean and nasty to African American children. BOYCOTT THIS LOCATION AND SHUT IT DOWNNNNNNNNN!

I made a quick stop for Gas and saw the sign. I love freshly made donuts out of the oven ... you want get that here, but they were fresh and soft, very good. I could tell that they were made today.

Went into Dunkin donuts store #358725 my coffee is water down taste like sugar water I call Dunkin donuts back a employee answers and tell me his manager not gonna give me a refund or replace the coffee with out a receipt I told him I didn't have the receipt I paid for it wit my card she tell him she can't talk to me she busy then they hung up on me how professional is that ...just sad I will never ship there again
