Had a laugh with manager. We googled Applebee's in Champaign it took us to raising Cains chicken, Applebee's in Champaign closed two yrs ago. So we googled in Savoy hoping it was still there. N I was. LoL ????

So I will say the server I had was nice she kept coming to check on us and everything her name was Kelsey and I did leave her a tip for that but the food was not it my boyfriend received his boneless wings first the plate was warm you can tell they where heated in the microwave I guess that’s why there .50 cent came with no ranch then they took a long time to bring my daughter food everyone food came before hers the Cheese sticks where nasty there weren’t even pulling the fries where cold the steak I had I asked well done it came out with pink in it the broccoli tasted old my appetizer I had had 4 different items only the quesadillas was good and the wings chips where greasy and the spinach dip was watery plate was also hot nun of the food was made fresh they need to get gordan Ramsey up in there and get that place in order because for 152$ for 3 adults and 1 child I should have had food that was right.

The food is always decent here but management is atrocious. We stood at the front door along with a out 20 other people for over 15 min before anyone was acknowledged. We eventually found out that the 1 waitress was also the hostess. She was awesome and working her tail off but she needs to be paid $20+ tips since they want her doing it all. Real class act from a multi million dollar company. Wonder what they did with all that money from the federal government.
