Ordered thru drive thru, and it was an awful experience. After placing my order, I waited 25 minutes. Ordered a Whopper Jr. Meal it was very cold. The person at the drove thru window was in his own world. Awful!!

Gave less than half cup of fries on medium order burger cold and only gave 4 nuggets and fries are cold manager was rude when money requested back I won't be back to this store this is the worst service I have ever experienced at a Burger

I had a mayo and ketchup sandwich with lettuce tomato, that's all that you can taste there is a little bit of meat but it's flavorless!!!!!!! All this is yours if you're willing to wait, worst service ever. Come on Burger King have you given up?? The place is very dirty my table had something sticky on top and the place was just dirty everywhere I looked

We placed an order online about 10 or so minutes prior to getting there and were told to wait for 5 minutes in the parking lot despite there being only one other customer at this location. All our food was there and was hot and seemed fresh, but upon getting home we noticed they didn't add the tomato that I paid extra for nor the lettuce that I added to my burger. They also forgot the bacon on my partners bacon swiss chicken sandwich.Burger King seems like it's just going downhill with their prices going up so much for mediocre food.

They only serve one customer at a time in drive thu so be prepared for at least a 10 to 20 minute wait. When you do finally make it to the window they don't know what you ordered. You have to do their job for them. At least the food is hot. Oh and stick with the simple stuff. They rarely have anything else.

Here at 9 am exactly when placing my order was given rude short responses and the total wasn't confirmed. Pulling up to the second window I was waiting to pay and a girl brown sweat shirt (no uniform) dreads or braids made a rude comment about staring like I am just trying to pay if your customers are that big of a inconvenience leave as a driver this store is always dead and told to be avoided by all the drivers in the area now I know why. The date of incident is 11/26/23

I don't know why I keep thinking I'm going to have a different experience when I come here. They are the slowest "fast food" restaurant I have ever been to in my life. The wait is consistently 5-10 minutes per car anytime after 4:30pm. I am stuck in the drive thru line right now and have been here for 12 minutes and only ONE car has placed an order, made it to the window and departed, they honestly need to consider closing if they can't find enough people to work.
