Usually I get great service. I order online a lot. This time, I put in my stall number then waited more than 10 minutes. I had to go in and ask for it. It was just sitting there. It was 20 mins total from the time I ordered. Then they wonder why you don’t tip.

Food has really been downsized. Russell was great. It's a drive-in, so there is no real atmosphere except for the inside of our car.

We ordered and waited 15 minutes for our food. Pushed the red button again and told them what we ordered. When they came out all we got was 1 thing of the order. No drinks amd 3 meals missing. :( ba

I'm not usually one to complain about fast food because I understand human error and I like to treat people with respect no matter their job, but oof.We waited a while in line for our food which was fine but seemed a bit unreasonable for the amount of food we ordered. We asked for tomato on our chicken sandwich (which also had VERY wilted lettuce, hardly any Mayo and Pickles) which they forgot, usually that's fine it's no big deal but to be charged 50¢ extra to not receive the thing is a bit ridiculous. They also forgot the ranch included in the Jalapeño bites, no big deal normally, but it just adds onto the whole experience . And the food in general was just not very good for the $30 we spent on it, definitely not worth it.The only thing I'd ever go back to sonic for is the cherry limeade, and even that's a stretch because of how overpriced everything on their menu is.

I ordered on app and parked. At LEAST 5 cars went through drive thru before I saw an employee. I waited 20 min for my food and it was COLD! Plus, no ranch for cheese curds and no napkins. Food and service were BEYOND subpar, especially for the price!
The Champaign store blocked their ability to do reviews so I’m put my review here because I know the stores are owned by the same family. The burger I received was SOAKED in grease. Like I get a little grease. The bread was like someone dunked it in water it looked so nasty. Complete waste of money. I’ve actually worked at both the stores and usually the savoy store is better than champaigns store. But for anyone to think it’s ok to serve food like that really makes me question these sonic fast food stores

Really, Really, Really FASSSST service!Food was tasty, hot, & cooked piping hot and to order. Server was friendly and helpful, he got a tip for sure!*outside looked pretty clean but the menu boards could get wiped down a little more often- this Sonic is closer to the fields with corn & beans coming in than you'd think
