I have been on the hunt for a good place to get poke bowls for a while now. 315 exceeded my expectations!! The food was fresh, atmosphere was great, and I am beyond happy with the experience. I have found my new favorite, local spot!! Highly recommend!!

My daughter and I have been looking for a poke place since our all time favorite poke place closed unexpectedly in schaumburg. We have yet to find a good replacement all the other places around are franchised and not even close. 315 was super clean, fresh ingredients. This is the closest thing we have found that we really have enjoyed. Nice sized portions and about $15 a person. We will be back

I got a build your own poké bowl and the jalapeño popper appetizer. Everything is delicious and tastes very fresh. Very good portions for the price. Their spicy garlic sauce is amazing. Best poké in the area! I'm definitely coming back here!

I was making quite the drive in search of a good, fresh poke bowl before I found this place right here in my town of Schaumburg. We have a number of poke places around, but they are all big franchised names and I've always been disappointed by their quality. 315 Poke Ramen was a very pleasant surprise. Quiet, clean, and the ingredients were super fresh, even during the times I've gone there late in the day. I make my own bowl and it's always delicious. Really hoping they stay around and keep up with the quality.

My wife works nearby and has ordered from 315 Poke & Ramen numerous times. She's raved every time, has bought food for co-workers to make them try it, tells everyone about the restaurant, and she finally brought me a poke bowl tonight. I have to say, it was THE greatest poke bowl I've ever had. Beats out Poke Bro's, Lemonshark Poke, Aloha Poke, and many others that I've frequented over the years.I ordered the BYO bowl with Ahi tuna, fresh salmon, shrimp, edamame, cucumber, avocado, carrots, jalapeno, green onion, masago, crab, and furikake seasoning to top it off. I chose to go with salad greens versus rice and was pleased by the large portion, at least 2 cups. Most places are a bit skimpy on the greens which never made sense to me based on food cost! Because I'm counting macros I even weighed each protein to properly enter my data and each one was 2 ounces. That's a solid 6 ounces of tuna, salmon, and shrimp total - all extremely fresh and the shrimp was cooked superbly well (and I'm a chef). I didn't go with any of the sauces but my wife did and I have to say they were delicious. Try them all, you won't regret it.Next up, I'm trying the ramen because my wife claims it's phenomenal. When I asked her which was better, poke or ramen, she said, "it's the best poke you'll ever have while also being the best ramen you'll ever have." Well sheesh, looks like I'm having ramen for dinner tomorrow night LOL.

I absolutely LOVE this place!! Their poke is amazing and so is the ramen. I'm here at least once a week! The ingredients are top quality. I've tried several different bowls, built my own poke, and tried two different ramens. I haven't had a single bad thing. The owner is also very nice, welcoming, and patient. Sometimes I need time to figure out what I want and I have several dietary restrictions: dairy and gluten, but I can't very easily at this place. Tell all your friends and family to hurry in!! My two pics are of my husband's build-your-own-poke and my poke bowl after I got home and dumped it into my own bowl so I could mix it up.Dietary restrictions: I can't eat dairy and I can always find stuff to eat here!!

Found this place when I was looking for miso nearby. The man working the front was friendly, patient and fast. I got a strawberry smoothie in addition to my miso. The smoothie wasn't too thick and the miso had the right balance of ingredients especially the broth and noodles. Absolutely loved the aesthetic here, felt very open and relaxing. I will definitely be back, hopefully soon!
