It was our first time here. The food, decor, and music didn't flow well -- not sure which vibe this restaurant is going for. There wasn't a cup for me, which the waitress acknowledged, but never brought me one. Wasn't a big deal, she was very nice despite it being crowded. Food was good, but it was nothing special.

I tried Bella Napoli today and ordered the wood-fired mushroom pizza. It was excellent! It was flavorful and baked to perfection. The food is really good and portions are generous. Service is friendly and attentive, too.

The pizza crust was soggy and inedible. The atmosphere is incredibly noisy, and it was really hot inside the restaurant. Won’t be returning.

The atmosphere was loud and the food was subpar. There are definitely better restaurants in Schaumburg, and I would not return to this one!

Pizza is delicious. Everything was so yummy. The brick chicken was so tender and flavorful. The apple tart was too die for.

We usually frequent another authentic, wood-burning pizza place in Schaumburg, but when a new Italian restaurant opened in town, had to check it out!Ambience is nice and modern - almost like a 'sports bar' vibe...lots of TVs around, the colors scheme was RED - not sure if it was for Christmas/holiday time. Also not sure how it looks during lunch time or regular non-holiday time. It does not have a 'small, cozy, Italian family' vibe but a regular chain-restaurant vibe.Staff is suited up with uniforms. Our waitress was polite, friendly and attentive. We even had them make a simple pasta with marinara sauce (off the menu) for my kids - which they did.Food - I wouldn't call it 'authentic Italian'. It's American-Italian.I missed the 'Napoli' flavor; the taste of the dough is different - the personal thin crust pizza is still thicker than usual. The oven is not wood-burning. It's gas and is automatic - it keeps revolving at a pace (kinda cool to see!), but I believe, it impacts different pizza topings differently. Nothing bad, just different!

Burned crust unfortunately and toppings were not enough. Outside of the center, mainly bread. The only good thing is they offer Salami in their menu which you don’t get in a lot of pizza places.

Service was very good on a terribly busy Saturday. Nice take on wood fired pizza. Full menu and good drinks.

Italian authentic pizza, please? Big hopes dashed by a huge disappointment. Service was lacking, had to request water to start. The food quality fell short; the pizza was overly greasy and burnt. Drinks were diluted and overpriced, with slow service to boot. First and last visit.

This place started off strong then just went down hill. Today I ordered out for first time. I ordered the vodka rigatoni and margarita pizza. The pasta had barely any sauce and isn't anything like the first time I've had it. It was mostly sausage, no basil. And the pizza is just bland. It needs more sauce less crust.

Good food. I’m not going to mention our waiter name but there is something wrong with that guy. We had a party of 8 people and his answers “ I got two hands only” was rude.
