I've been going here since they opened. The last time (which will be the last time), I ordered 2 bowls. I noticed that much less sauce was put in the bowl that when I first started coming here. The same happened the previous visit. I mentioned that and he said, yes we have cut back on the sauce. I replied that was ok but could I have 2 small containers of extra sauce. He said that he could give me 1 but would have to charge me 30 cents for the 2nd. I reminded him that I had 2 bowls. He said "I'll give it to you this time, but I'll have to charge you next time." There won't be a next time. Did I mention that I bought 2 bowls???

The food is fresh, healthy and delicious. There was a younger man working who was very energetic and helpful. He definitely had a very uplifting attitude and was enthusiastic to help. I'm terrible with names but he was great. Free miso soup and I love their variety of teas. Chill vibes for quick eats.

A celiacs dream!! The man at the counter was very friendly and helpful as I have never been here before. Food was delicious and all safe for me to eat. Please open a restaurant in Southern Wisconsin!

Felt very and oddly sick right after eating the food today. Never happens to me. I am not happy to see that the most recent review which was a week ago claimed that they saw a roach. Also, theres a photo attached. Absolutely will not come back here ever again. Gross.

This was my first time trying Bibibop and I was glad they expanded their locations. Plenty of parking. It’s not far from the Woodfield Mall. Prices were very reasonable because you do get a ton of food for your meal plus the free miso soup. When you walk in, it’s like an Asian version of Chipotle/Subway/Poke Bros where you choose your ingredients in front of you. You choose the base, protein, toppings, and sauces. Ingredients were fresh and tasty. Service was friendly and fast.

Killed a roach in the main dining room where I was eating. Told the manager who wasn't concerned and told me that he would have the health department come back out again. Not sure what they would even do since he needs an exterminator. Emailed corporate and never even got a response. See the picture and the geotagged location. I sat at the counter right up against the windows.Gross and I will never return again.

We were looking for a place to eat fast and found this restaurant we had never heard of before. They will prepare you food as fast as Jimmy John's and it was really great. This place is 100% gluten-free and they seem to use that in all their marketing, because it was all over the tables, on the wall, and on their T-shirts- that they were gluten-free. Two bowls and one drink cost $33 - so it is kind of fast food but the price is more like you're at a restaurant with the white staff. We really like the place though because the food was good And fast.

Always get my order to go and order in advance but it’s always ready by the time I get there. The food is always fresh and tastes amazing. Maybe could give a little more kale but overall is a reasonably affordable healthy and quick choice for lunch. It is definitely in my rotation of lunch for work. And for those that care to know it is a gluten free meal.
