My name is Maria and I wanted to tell you what a bad experience I had at your restaurant and how unprofessional your manager Angie was. I have been going to your Schaumburg location for awhile and was very disappointed. I went Sunday 3/10/24 and ordered 2 chicken gyro, 2 fries, fettuccine Alfredo and a spaghetti with meat sauce and sausage. The spaghetti had an unusual taste and had maybe 5 small pieces of sausage. The fettuccine had more oil than sauce and was not creamy at all. It was beyond disappointing. I added a jar of my own Alfredo sauce just to eat it. The spaghetti we couldn’t even eat but the 5 pieces of sausage. We live 20 min away so we did not go back. Instead I called and told them about the food and all they said was ok will have the owner Angie call you tomorrow. 3/9/24 (7:30 I had to call them because no one bothered to call me. When I called, I asked for Angie. When she answered I told her I was expecting a call from her and all she said was “ok what happened with the food “. She Didn’t even ask me my name or apologize for not calling me. All she said was what’s wrong with the food. I explained to her what was wrong. I told her I always eat there and never had an issue with any of there food. Her next words were” did anyone tell you about our policy, that you have to bring the food back”. She didn’t even at least apologize. She said I need to see the food because there was nothing wrong with the sauces. She said” They tasted fine and were made fresh”. Again disregarding my experience. Then she said “all I can do is give you 10% off your next order. I told her I have the spaghetti we couldn’t even eat it. She then says that’s all I can do. Again disregarding me and and not even apologizing for the experience. She was not very nice and made me feel like I was lying and that my complaint was not valid. I go to your restaurant at least 4-5x a month with my family of four and alway spend $75-$100 every time I go. I didn’t bother answering her and just hung up. It was clear to me thats he didn’t care about my complaint and seemed just plain rude.

Been wantin' to try a Brandy's location for a few months now and this past November, finally made it.This limited Chicago area chain boasts a decent all-around Chicago/Greek fare menu with delicious food, a clean dining room and friendly service.I looove gyros, in fact I'm a bit of a gyros junkie and always look forward trying new venues to compare the quality and taste of various eateries. The gyros are fantastic here!So I did order a regular gyros for myself and for my wife but when I saw the size, I almost asked my wife "you planning on eating that?". I wanted to scarf down hers as well.I'm guessing 4 years earlier there was 20-25% more meat for less of a price. But the COVID along with inflation and the minimum wage hike are all drivers of the prices.Not reason enough for me to rate them less than 5 stars, though. I don't exactly live close by, I live up in Beach Park in NE Lake County but if ever in Schaumburg again and have that craving, could easily stop back in.
