This burger king used to be awesome, but over the last year it's gone downhill. Dinner/lunch orders are often wrong, and if you do a breakfast mobile order for take out and show up 10 minutes after it says it will be ready, they tell you they haven't started it.And if you happen to order anything with biscuits (even ahead of time) it will take an additional 15 minutes to bake. It has happened on multiple occasions where we show up late knowing it will take longer, only to find out the buscuits haven't even been started.We are not going here for breakfast anymore because it takes so much longer than everywhere else. Why does this Burger King even offer breakfast biscuit specific deals if they are never readily available?

It's been awhile since I was last at a Burger King but I was driving by at lunchtime and thought I'd give it a try. The first red flag was no cars in the drive through. The nice lady with the heavy accent seemed to understand my order: 2 Whopper meals with cheese and medium cokes. $24.67! Am I that out of touch with today's fast food prices? I said I'm sorry but that's too much and drove through and out, I was too embarrassed to ask for a price breakdown. With the accent I would have had a challenge understanding her anyway. I understand now why the place was empty. She seemed really nice though.

Just a word of warning dont bother going to this location on Saturdays because according to the manager who almost bit my head off for trying to apologize for not waiting at the drive thru speaker because I thought it wasn't working due to the fact I waited for 6 minutes and even attempted to get their attention to no avail. When I tried explaining why I pulled forward I almost got my head taken of by the surly manager who instead of apologizing proceeded to give excuses for not monitoring or managing the drive thru line as if I was yelling at him and saying he wasn't doing his job. I would avoid this location at all costs at least until this manager is either trained better or replaced.

Can't handle then quit and find something else, please don't ruin others day.You were not courteous while taking the order, filled incomplete order and top of that 2 of you gave attitude and completely disrespectful by telling me to " be clear next time.." The manager at this location is a joke! My order was not taken correctly and was told I did not order it that way, gave me an attitude as if I was wrong. Not only did he challenge me he still didn't ask any probing question to get the order correct he still messed it up. Avoid this location as he has zero customer service or management skills.
