I came to Burger King to eat my favorite burgers, I ordered the most delicious burger Doublewopper, unfortunately when I started eating it, there was a bunch of hair in it, it discouraged me from continuing to eat. I came to return the food back, to which I received a refusal to return the money, I complained to the proper service. I wanted to mention the restaurant managers, absolutely unprofessional behavior, I think they need additional training courses for this position.

Worst BK ,yet they don't take BK coupons at BK?,and they charge for water the lady that appears to be the manager it's because of inventory as she sips her water on the line ,it must be inventory over customer service -eithout customers you won't have a need for inventory...won't be back

Every single time anyone I or anyone I know goes to this location they get their order wrong. You can have them repeat your order back and it will be correct and even the wrapper will have the accomodation written on it, but the kitchen will NEVER actually take it off. I had them fix my order after they messed it up and the lady at the counter gave me a stank face and told me to just take it off. This place is NOT allergy friendly. I would not go here if you are allergic to anything because they will NOT accommodate you and most of the staff is incredibly rude. The whole staff needs to be retrained.

Been here many times. First customer of the day this time. Asked cashier if I could get "extra" ketchup for my fries. She said sure. When I received my order, the lady didn't put any ketchup in my bag, so I asked her very politely "May I have extra ketchup?" She put three packets in the bag. I asked her, "May I have some more?" She just looked at me like I was from Jupiter and shook her head no. I asked her again for extra ketchup and she started making faces at me, shaking her head no, and basically waving me away. So then I said to her, "I'd like more ketchup please, I don't care if I have to pay for it." She begrudgingly slammed three more packets into the bag. I asked, "How much?" and she stormed away. Really? REALLY? I worked in the restaurant business from 1979 until 2020, from McDonald's to fine dining in downtown Chicago, and I never once refused a guest extra anything! When someone asks for "extra" it almost with certainy means they'd like more than the standard or minimum amount. Hence the definition of the word "extra". Poor poor service. Please retrain this person because she has 0 skills in customer service. I just paid almost 15 dollars for my lunch, and all I wanted to do was to enjoy my fries with enough ketchup to last me until the end of my meal. Is that too much to ask??? I always choose this Burger King in this food court every time we come to Woodfield Mall, which is about four or five times a year. I will not be eating here again because of the curt, rude woman who stood there and argued with me about more ketchup. Please train your staff to be courteous and affable with your customers, this is all I ask. All of this happened on Labor Day morning, September 4, 2023. As stated on the ticket I kept, I was Customer #1 that morning. Talk to the staff who were working & tell them I wrote this review. She'll most likely remember this old guy who had the nerve & audicity to ask for more ketchup!
I understand the difference of being rude and just being honest but the cashier must have not. Like every person waits their turn in line to say their order I did the same thing but I was on my break and wanted to get some people and I politely went to the front and ask if it was okay for me to get something quick before my lunch break was over. The person who was taking the order said “that’s unfair for everyone else since you’re cutting” I would never cut someone just cause and when I told her I work there and my break was almost over and wouldn’t have enough time she said “I don’t care”. I don’t know what was going on with her or she needs to be put in check or what but it’s not my fault she works flipping burgers and stuff. I politely wanted to speak to the manager as a customer when all I said that I didn’t appreciate the way Melissa (btw her name is) was talking to me because that was so uncalled for. The manger than proceeded to say “then don’t come back” when he had also been giggling and stuff with her like what’s so funny. If they weren’t too busy trying to be funny why couldn’t they say something to my face when they’re the “adults” so immature.
