I order some large soup today e got a different order from a different restaurant. So I order from Cafe Zupas e got something from Sweet Tomatoes. So I try to call Uber to let them know that I had the wrong order and couldn’t talk to anyone. So I called Cafe Zupas and I explained to them what happened and the guy came to deliver my order himself in 10 minutes e I was very impressed with his customer service.????

I like this place but my pick up orders are constantly messed up. Ordered California Cobb salad and got no chicken, no egg in it. Just small portion of leaves for 13$. Don’t recommend this place for pick up orders.

I just experienced kindness and grace at this place that blew me away. El and Alex helped me out in an amazing when I found myself in a really embarrassing situation. I ordered my food and then was mortified when I pulled out my wallet, to realize I had left my credit card at home. I tried an old card but it didn't work. So I told El, who had rung up my order, I have no way of paying for this. As I explained, I felt my face flush with embarrassment. El simply said, well, enjoy your dinner, with a genuine and warm smile. I felt so moved and grateful but also so embarrassed. Both El and Alex reassured me, don't worry about it. Thank you for your kindness. I will definitely be back and will tell my friends about the kindness I experienced here.

I placed a big catering order in January for my son’s school and the staff was accommodating with all our requests and went above and beyond our expectations. The manager, Nancy is amazing and has helped us every step of the way! Can’t wait to order here again!

The food there never disappoints. Every time that I walk in, I’m always greeted and offered a free roasted chicken sample. Alex really does a marvelous job promoting all the good life bowls. Not just only to me, but every person that walks in to the store. He does get the chance for everyone else to get an opportunity in trying out the roasted chicken. He recommended me the Mediterranean and it’s my favorite bowl. Best place to take a person on a date.Vegetarian options: All the salads and good life bowls can be design to be vegetarian. Whoever takes your order are happy to modify the salad/sandwich to a vegetarian option. Unfortunately, there’s only 4 soups that are vegetarian. But have lots of options than most places.
