First time I had to wait for a shake. Wasn’t happy about that. It was good though. Work on your speed folks I shouldn’t have to pull forward to wait for a shake and have someone bring it to me. Also, the size of the shake shrunk. It use to come in a larger cup. I only saw one size, so they shrunk it to the small size.

Great location, friendly and welcoming staff, everything was clean, and food was delivered fast. Play place was great for my 1 year old.Only thing that was a little upsetting is that there is a storage closet behind one of the play doors that was supposed to be locked and wasn’t so naturally my 1 year old son discovered that and I had to sit in front of it to keep him and other kids out of it.

I love this place. Great food, great staff, very friendly; however, every single time I order something, they miss an item… for example, today was Mac N chees. I found out when I got home I didn't get what I was charged for. I wish the QC were a bit more thorough

This is the second time items have been missing! You guys should always double check bags! They be charging you for food that they don’t even put in the bag; very scummy! Never coming back, especially nowadays people are struggling more than ever, least they can do is get it right!

Very unpleasant experience today! After I ordered and paid for my food I was asked to 'park on the side for a minute' and someone will bring my order to me. I waited for almost 15min. Obviously they forgot about me so I drove back to the drive thru just to hear that 'there is nothing we can do, someone was just there looking for you, do you still want your food?' Really, of course I do, I paid for it! I waited another 10min in the line since they were very busy. When I was finally by the pickup window I asked if the food is still warm, and so called manager said that it is. The french fries were cold after I checked them but the manager kept saying it's warm with pathetic smile on his face and said 'have a nice day'. I spent over 30 min dealing with my to go order! Very rude, unprofessional customer service ! Plus always double check your order, many times items are missing!

Always a pleasant experience at this Chick-Fil-A. Workers are nice and show attention to detail when they are taking your order. Never had to wait more than 10 minutes at the drive through even on the busiest of days.
