This place is so creepy. This man came up to me and told me that my style of toppings i chose were inferior to his preference. He would stand behind me and look over my shoulder and start to say things like “no…. How could you do that” when i asked for queso, and then he would scoff and gasp when i picked lettuce. it got so bad that once time I picked tomatoes and he started to cry and slam his fists on the counter next to me. He proceeded to do a strange motion like he was cooking something on a Wok, maybe to imagine good food for once and not the moldy chipotle rice. He then turned to me after my bowl was done and said something along the lines of “this would not slide in the Yokohama Liumang” and then left and never came back. The picture attached is the strange man i encountered.

Those guys definitely need trainig for costumer service, and the most important thing (HOW TO WRAP A BURRITO) every time i go there they givme a ball of food and trust me i sjust put meat fajitas rice and guac ,really guys . .?
I have to give credit where credit is due..i had to come back and edit my review from last year because I have seen a complete turn around at this locations online orders. My order has been complete and correct every time I place an order for delivery. Thank you!

Possibly the worst chipotle location I’ve ever been to, the girl and guy working the line didn’t know what they were doing, very quickly making our bowls without listening to what we wanted and then when they forgot the lettuce the manager was like we can put it in a their red cup but only give you one and charge you for another one, when we got home the lettuce was definitely only enough for one bowl. Do not go to this chipotle ever the employees are dumb as rocks, you would think working at chipotle isn’t that hard but some people must be mentally challenged or maybe they don’t understand English

Every time I go in jay and michelle always make my bowl/burrito the way I want! I love their costumer service and how quick they are in making my order. I don’t even have to repeat myself!!! They deserve a raise!! I love this store it always feels like home every time I come!

I really disagree with this store it is my second purchase where the employees put very little protein calculating 1.5 oz of steak here I leave a test of how they serve ... the first time I thought that by mistake they gave me very little protein but I checked that it was not a mistake if the protein portions go down they should lower the price
