came just before close and they rushed me and ensured me they only had certain kinds of rice available (and were not going to make any more for the night for me). bowl was filled as if it comes out of their paychecks to fill it up correctly, my food didn’t even go above the rim of the bowl. and for $12, it was about the 1/3 of what i’m used to getting. staff wanted nothing to do with me and rushed me out of line to continue their conversation. sad

My burrito was redone 2 times , to change protein to chicken from steak .They really not giving enough.I took a bit of first serving and dig a little bit trying to find meat in there.Normally chipotle servings are really good size , but sure not this location . They told me all I can get is 4oz per serving , when they redid it second time I switched to chicken option and it was twice as much as original steak option , I thought 4oz is even with any kind of protein. Veggies were really cold .While I was dealing with food served to me there was 3 other people lining with returns.I couldn't believe it, but for sure not ordering at this location again.

My girlfriend was throwing up after eating there steak. I felt so bad stayed with her buying her stuff to easy her tummy! Payed 18 dollars to get sick and throw it all up unbelievable!!!

not sure who hired these cooks but the steak is literally just they way it was bought (cold and raw). i’ve had issues with the steak being rubbery like whale meat. terrible customer service girl with glasses and is a little heavier has bad staring problem and is very bad attitude and acts like she is the ceo of the company. also whoever is in charge of wrapping the burrito closes their eyes because i guess i ordered my chipotle on a tortilla. most unethical burrito. make sure you get a bowl because it will fall apart. i always crave it and then i remember why i dont ever eat there.

Unfortunately, they gave us cold food that was left at the bottom. Moreover, when the restaurant was 2 hours away from closing, I asked if there was any new food fresh and they said there was not. The staff acted very cold and indifferent. I called the manager and she didn't even pay attention to me.

The food was cold and when I asked if they could heat it up for me, they replied that in restaurantsthere are no microwaves or how to heatThere were no tortillas or diet cokes and the lady at the register was very rude and not at all friendly.

I waited 20 min in line to be told there is no white rice or chicken. I was told the rice would take 15 min yet it comes out for the person behind me. I then ask for it with veggies as i don't eat meat. I was given about 3 pieces of peppers. I asked for more and was told they don't have a lot of vegetables so i can't get more. I asked for a manager who was conveniently not there. The 2 portions we did get wouldn't feed a 2 year old!!!! Never again!!!! With the amount of places pick somewhere else!!!!!

I can only agree with the people 2-3 month before me. Service is sub par, half the people behind the counter actually work. The rest just stand around and look, does not contribute to the service. When you ask something they start yelling their answers louder.. Point is, do not get quesadilla here, for whatever reason they don’t serve it as other Chipotle does.

Never order a Quesadilla here! They give you a taco size something and call it Quesadilla.. They were extremely rude when I asked them about the size..and they said that the normal size of Quesadilla is just for online orders…joke.They are so slow, nobody knows what they need to do. Half of the team is just looking around and not doing anything.

Just finished a disappointing chicken bowl. It was my first meal of the day, so I powered through cus I was so hungry, but the rice had a plastic texture and was so chewy, topped off with chewy, dry, burnt chicken pieces. My jaw hurts. At first I was grateful for the healing guac portion I got, but it was only cus half of an unmashed, hard as wood, avocado was hidden beneath it. Not to mention the measly rice portion. I’ve worked at a few chipotle stores myself and this just wasn’t it.

No one knows what he/she is doing there. I had served by a lady that start arguing with me after I asked her to add more guacamole since I saw her putting half a spoon in reverse I was told that it will be an extra charge. I honestly don’t care what they charge for guacamole, but when I asked her how much is the guacamole, she replied $2.80, and that’s for half a spoon. There was something wrong there, it seemed they don’t care, because it was before closing. They are robbers, and will never ever buy from them again.P.S. my son’s bowl was half empty and left hungry. Don’t waste your money!!!

They upped their prices and they wanna be stingy for the scoops? The girl put a sad half scoop of rice in the burrito. When asked if we can get a bit more, they all gave us attitude. The girl with the glasses does not know how to even roll a burrito. Our burritos comes apart easily Unprofessional workers here as well.
