Their process here is awful. I was stared down because of mistakes they made and to top it off, I never ate the tacos because there was hair in it. You might wonder why I just did not get them replaced, but if the whole counter is staring you down because they already forgot items owed you, would you take your tacos back?Needless to say, this place was very unpleasant to eat at. Maybe they will treat you better, but just know if they get your order wrong, you will be mean mugged at the whole time.

Decent food but not much of an interior. Well worth the price though in this economy. I would come back.

Was driving by looking for somewhere to have breakfast, and to my surprise, I ran across Cilantro Taco Grill. I'm from The Southside and have not been able to try it yet after seeing it on Tik Tok. Tacos were amazing. They serve real steak tacos, Alpastor, and Barbacoa tacos superb. Friendly staff. Highly recommended this place for some real tacos.

Don't let the rating fool you. The food was good. But, expensive! For 3 of us, it was over $70 after tax. They charge for using credit as well.Again food was good, but not worth the price. Inside was clean, but only a step up, decorating wise, than the old tacobell that was there before.

I have been coming here for a year and usually get the same order but have explored the menu. I have done drive thru and walk-in. I have only seen people eating inside the restaurant ONCE and never a line in the drive thru at peak hours. That should tell you something.Seems like a family run operation and they do have a signature house salsa which is decent but coming from someone who is a Chef and eaten ‘Mexican’ food all over the country, the food here is mediocre and bland compared the price points. There IS an auto credit card fee and they do prompt for tip when there is zero service - from kids who seem like they don’t want to be there and its a Counter!Running a restaurant can be difficult but running it into the ground is easy - $20 for a burrito and a jarritos?

Pettiest taco place I've ever ordered from in my life they'll only give you two sauces if you order three tacos and then they charge you $.50 for each sauce, and they charge you 4.5% to use a card they have a certified third world country going on over here. Do not give your $$$. $14.85 for 3 Tacos

Oh my goodness, I was not expecting to be this happy with my meal. Whoever makes the Tamales if you don't hurry up and give them a raise already!! Buttery and flavorful, not dry AT ALL. Little bit of spice to the pork but not over powering. The Taco with fried pork was perfect, the pork itself was juicy and delicious. I couldn't make it through the Quesadilla because I was full by then but I did try a few bites (ok maybe 6 or 7) to see how it tasted while it was still fresh. They even used the GOOD cheese on this?!? Plus I added the ribeye to it, it's tender. Don't let them lie to you in the other comments cuz YES IT WAS. Even the flour tortilla is better than it should be like how are y'all doing this?? ?? My meal was over $20 but I did get a combination plate and added a Horchata drink (which I could write a whole other review on ?) so I wasn't tripping about price. Still have some leftover to eat tomorrow ??Oh! And the girls were so sweet & friendly and patient. I knew when I heard that lovely accent read my order back I was about to be blessed with some good food! They seemed happy to be there, not bothered even though it was late and I was the only car. All around, a great place! It also looked very clean inside if that's your thing. It was after dinner rush so you know sometimes a place will be trashed but the girl in the lobby was doing her thing getting it closed down looking good. All that stuff matters to me, I'm also in the restaurant biz and I just know that kitchen was sparkling. I will definitely be back and I suggest you support them too ??‍??

I like tacos and decided to pick up a taco dinner via the drive thru. The lady was very polite and courteous, the food on the other end was not what I had hoped for. I ordered steak, al pastor and barbacoa tacos. The steak they serve is pieces of meat, overcooked with little flavor. Al pastor and barbacoa were also not very good with more strange than unique taste. I don’t know the rest of the dishes they serve, and I don’t like to give places bad reviews, but I have to be honest and fair, which is what a review should be. I won’t be going back any time soon. La Pasadita in Chicago continues to be my favor taco.

The food has no taste and I found a peace of hair in the food and the lady that worked there tonight that claimed to be a manager was very rude and disrespectful.

Tacos are on the small side. I should have ordered 5 instead of 2. Probably won't go back because you can't order online for pickup, and spending $12.55 for 2 tacos and a churro wasn't worth it and I'll be hungry in an hour.
