The cinnamon roll was so stale. It broke my fork. ? They are not worth seven dollars for a cinnamon roll. Stale and super sweet. In the picture I took it looks good, but they’re just not.

The food is excellent, but the service left much to be desired. The employee never acknowledged me or my family. He just stood at the register waiting for me to order. I thought he was mute, until another woman and her daughter came in. He greeted them and offered suggestions from the menu. I can only think that his behavior was racially motivated because I am black and this other customer was white. I will never patronize this establishment again. I will spend my money at restaurants that hire staff that will treat everyone equally.

It was so fun to go to an all vegan place! They had creative toppings and friendly staff. I got two cinnamon rolls ($7 and $7.25), two cookies ($2.50 each), and a brownie ($3). The cinnamon rolls are sharable sized and I shared with non-vegan boyfriend and he really liked them!

We used to be regulars at the Naperville location where the rolls were always hot and amazing. I was excited to see this location so we went in. Both rolls were not hot at all, seemed old tasting. Just blah for $15 dollars for two rolls. Probably won’t be back to this location. I was just used to it being so fresh/ hot this location just doesn’t cut it. Not to mention staff barely said two words. I get it some people have off days but yikes…. I’ll make the trip to Naperville.

Had no taste of cinnamon, and the cream was completely on the side even though I did not tilt the box and opened it right when I got to my car.

Cinnaholic has some interesting cinnamon rolls to try and I highly recommend giving them a shot. I didn't realize until after visiting here that it was on Shark Tank at one point. They had a few memorable offerings that if I am in the area I will try at another point including an Irish cream cinnamon roll as well tried a couple but are interested in others too.Cinnaholic is interesting in their offerings but also allow you to essentially build your own with frosting and toppings you want. We tried the Cookie Monster and crème brûlée cinnamon rolls which were quite tasty. I will point out that pretty much all of the cinnamon flavoring is lost in the mix with the other flavors on the Cookie Monster cinnamon roll. I think it may be due to the cookie dough, the roll is good but is very much like having cookie dough with cinnamon roll texture/feeling. The crème brûlée cinnamon roll however does have a nice balance with the cinnamon so if you're wanting cinnamon with an enhancement experience I would go for this one...it's great. The service was good here but I will warn that you won't find a lot of seating. The store is pretty small in space but mighty in taste....give it a try!

OMG - So fresh, fully 100% vegan. So soft & fluffy that you can just put in your fork and twist to get a perfect sized bite. Not even waiting to get home (40 minutes away) to eat mine.

If you're looking for a tasty dessert then Cinnaholic is your place to check out. Cinnamon rolls with a twist. Lots of tasty different creations as well as create your own options. The customer service could be better, just needed a little more enthusiasm or positive energy.

Talk about good? Hubby and I - new to Illinois- were out looking for a nice little trendy dessert spot. Having come from SoCal, we were looking (hopelessly) for an 85C Bakery Cafe, but no luck. BUT- we found Cinnaholic! And we are really glad we did. It's become a terrific go-to spot for a Sunday afternoon. We first tried the Old Skool - vegan all the way, natch - and loved the fact it was vegan, it was nicely warm, and best of all - wasn't too sweet! And it was priced just below a Cinnabon- yes. Next time, hub-hub went for a coffee "cream" topping with pecans. First time was great- the 2nd time the amt of pecans dropped precipitously. Cinnaholic- we'll give you this one break. Consistency is key, please. And the number of flavor choices are out of this world! Try it- if you didn't know it was vegan? You'd never, every know by the taste. Well worth it- and we're now repeat customers. Try it and see.
