Came here with my husband not too long ago for the first time. Upon walking in, we noticed the place was a bit plain and looked like a small old-school 90s diner with one long counter with circular stools next to the ordering counter. There are also a few stand-alone tables and chairs. Behind the counter are many racks of donuts and pastries, and the building is super bright inside. I wanted to stop in, have a cup of coffee in a couple of doughnuts. When I got to the counter, it was terribly full of crumbs and frosting. Send a lady had to clean it up. And when she did, she threw it all on the seats? So I had the following up and clean the seat before I sat down. Before I could take a sip of my coffee she wanted payment. The employee (young lady) you have working the store right this very moment ( Saturday, July 15th at 5:33pm) needs help with customer service. We walked in the empty store to spend money and she did not greet us. Also, when we inquired about whether the store had muffins her response was (with a nasty attitude) "whatever is in there." Needless to say we left without spending a dime. Please train your staff better.
