What a cool little establishment near Humbolt Park serving up the finest smoked meats. I was looking for some authentic bbq and stumbled upon this little smoke house. I had the trio, which consisted of St. Louis style ribs, beef brisket, and pulled pork. I look forward to visiting again. Delicious ?

Beautiful establishment and atmosphere. Has the potential to be great. This was my 1st visit there. Maybe they had several people call off but the floors were filthy and our food was burnt. Very uncomfortable sitting and in filth waiting for our food only to not enjoy it as well

This was our first visit to this chain and it was a great experience! They were extremely busy but we were able to get two seats at the bar area. My only disappointment would be that there are no exclusive gluten-free identifiers or menu. The bartender wasn't even able to officially recommend anything as gluten-free and had to instruct us to go to their allergen website which was not easy to navigate. Luckily I was able to figure it all out and the food came out quick and was fantastic. Everyone that we engaged with was friendly. Look forward to visiting again!

Food was fresh, well prepared and presented. Portion sizes are generous. Service was pretty good until the end. Waited a little longer than necessary to get to-go boxes and our bill. They were training so I'm sure that was just a little kink that will get worked out. Overall great breakfast place (probably lunch too).

This location is the best First Watch I've ever visited. Whiles the food is pricey, it is definitely worth it due to the amazing quality and taste of the food. When I was in today, Christine, took my order and explained to me more about a menu item I was curious about. She wasn't rude nor did she rush through our conversation to move on to the next guest. Her positive vibes and first watch's top tier food, I would 10/10 definitely recommend!
