Got the wrong g pizza. It was very crowded and laod. Ordered sausage and mush . Got ham bacon onions mush and pepperoni. No sausage. I can't eat pepperoni due to meds I'm on picking the off didn't work . It was late . Oh well mistakes happen .not end of world and my kid liked it . He said best hes had staff were friendly and I will try again .

Called a day before to make a reservation to watch the ufc fight, was told over the phone that they don’t take reservations, and its fcfs. Got there next day, half of the tables in the main room were empty, when we asked to get seated there, they said that they are “reserved”. When I told them that I called the day before to make a reservation, they just didnt care.Dissapointed, won’t go there anymore.

The female manager was extremely rude. My party was spending a lot money and one of my birthday gifts was shots pre bought from the store. She came and told us to leave as we were waiting for our order that we had to leave because she saw a shooter on my table. No warning at all: very unprofessional and aggressive. Will not be returning due to disrespect. Very unprofessional. She should be trained to work in Schaumburg and learn how to talk to people with respect. Didn't even get our food order!
