** People that don't eat pork beware** If I could rate this zero stars I would. Ordered a Mac and cheese pizza and went to the restaurant to pick it up. Upon arrival the pizza was not even started but the guy behind the counter made it right with extra moz sticks and a piece of brownie. I got the pizza and understood shit happens and went home. When I got home I opened the pizza and it was wrong. I ordered a Mac and cheese pizza and got an adult mac and cheese pizza. At least this is what the dude said after I called once I got home. The difference between the two was the adult one had bacon. Our family does not eat bacon. The person that I spoke to on the phone said they would do $50 credit and they might refund once they talk to the manager tomorrow 03/17. We'll see what happens tomorrow. Also being told to keep the pizza and they would credit my account is unprofessional, don't assume what people can and can't eat.

Ordered delivery, came from an outsourced driver. Don't know what happened but pizza came obliterated from the transportation. I repeat it was not a fratos driver.Called and talked with fratos and they were extremely sorry and highly professional. Made everything right. Top notch customer service and excellent quality food. Love this place .

Coming from Texas, I wanted to try an Italian Beef sandwich so we came to Frato's. We arrived about 30 minutes to closing and they said the dine in area was closed. I was a bit annoyed with that but the food made up for it. So we took our food back to the hotel (10 min drive). We ordered mozzarella sticks (huge like the size of a Twinkie) Whiskey Burger (packed with mushrooms and some good sauce), Mac N Cheese burger (the best burger my daughter has ever had), pizza slice (simple but good), and the Italian beef (I don't think anyone can beat this sandwich from here). My daughter's friend ordered a grilled cheese and wedges and she was amazed. Our party was overly satisfied with the flavor of all the food. I was hesitant in getting any food from here only because I felt like the employees were ready to close and weren't expecting us (which I understand). But to my surprise, the food was fresh, well prepared, well portioned, and flavorful.

Really like it here, it's 50/50 though. They have a good burger but that is really all I would get here. Their burger though is one of the best around and it is priced very well. Everytime I go in the people are very nice to me as well. I only go here once or twice a year but when I do I enjoy it.

Lack luster food, service, and casino dark ambiance for a high price Food sounds really good and special but the execution is just not there. I had the special slice of the day, it's 1 lb, sure but it's mostly crust My friend had a burger, my tiny cup was the same size as the burger and it was not cheap Friend had a salmon bowl, it's salmon you use for a salmon burger, not whole salmon Other friend had a chicken bowl, that one was actually good looking and tender, the only one of us that said we would order the same thing again. I recommend you pass and look for some other family place that is cheaper and isn't super dark inside and has better food
