Coming from Texas, I wanted to try an Italian Beef sandwich so we came to Frato's. We arrived about 30 minutes to closing and they said the dine in area was closed. I was a bit annoyed with that but the food made up for it. So we took our food back to the hotel (10 min drive). We ordered mozzarella sticks (huge like the size of a Twinkie) Whiskey Burger (packed with mushrooms and some good sauce), Mac N Cheese burger (the best burger my daughter has ever had), pizza slice (simple but good), and the Italian beef (I don't think anyone can beat this sandwich from here). My daughter's friend ordered a grilled cheese and wedges and she was amazed. Our party was overly satisfied with the flavor of all the food. I was hesitant in getting any food from here only because I felt like the employees were ready to close and weren't expecting us (which I understand). But to my surprise, the food was fresh, well prepared, well portioned, and flavorful.

Really like it here, it's 50/50 though. They have a good burger but that is really all I would get here. Their burger though is one of the best around and it is priced very well. Everytime I go in the people are very nice to me as well. I only go here once or twice a year but when I do I enjoy it.

The cookies are flacid. These soggy, flat cookies taste unbaked and I was told the "high hydration dough" results in flatter cookies. But these are not soft and chewy; they are not worth the money.

The people working here are very rude (guy in glasses) and gave me a slice of cold old pizza, last time im coming here forsure! This place used to be good 20 years ago not anymore :(

Lack luster food, service, and casino dark ambiance for a high price Food sounds really good and special but the execution is just not there. I had the special slice of the day, it's 1 lb, sure but it's mostly crust My friend had a burger, my tiny cup was the same size as the burger and it was not cheap Friend had a salmon bowl, it's salmon you use for a salmon burger, not whole salmon Other friend had a chicken bowl, that one was actually good looking and tender, the only one of us that said we would order the same thing again. I recommend you pass and look for some other family place that is cheaper and isn't super dark inside and has better food

Zero stars 2 burgers no sides for $35 and I don't even get all the ingredients I paid for??!! Ordered 2 of the " specials" burgers hardly had ANY topping for $15 a piece with no sides !! 25 minute wait for 2 special burgers with hardly any toppings if you are charging $15 per burger I EXPECT a premium burger not this garbage!! STAY AWAY the biggest rip off I had in a looong time they need to go out of business

I never reviewed Frato's?! What is wrong with me? We don't make it that often, because the food is a touch unique which suits my wife and and the kids well, but the in-laws not so much. But the burgers here are something special. Gourmet IMO. And you can get them with a patty that is 50% ground bacon. LOTS of flavor, and all the special burgers they have stacks on top of that. An order of fries is like 3 potatoes cut into wedges, fried and seasoned however you want them. The Mozzarella "sticks" have to be seen to be believed. You could use one as a paper weight if you don't mind getting the paper greasy. Plus they have hot dogs, gyros, 1 lb. slices of pizza that my picky eater loves! Great desserts and shakes. Cheesecake brownie... phew. I gotta stop. Getting too excited.The guys working here are pleasant and the place is clean. They added some gaming at one end which may appeal to you. It's not obtrusive if not though. I'm looking forward to going back already. A braised mushroom cheeseburger is calling my name!

The food was excellent! Our Uber Eats driver missed half of our order, but when I called the restaurant, they took care of it, no problem! Not only did they replace the missing food, they threw in an extra brownie and delivered the food themselves!! That's a class act, they have definitely earned my business. Amazing mozzarella sticks!

Great food and halal options. They are a culinary kitchen so they are kinda fancy with the food. The service is also pretty good too! Would recommend the tenders on Thursdays

The pizza was old or atleast I hope if there pizza is this bad fresh I'd be scared. I see pictures that look good but you can see my pizza is old as he!! I only got 2 bites then through it away. I honestly prefer sams club pizza. Giant mozzarella stick was good. Also your expected to clean your own tables according to manager. If I'm gonna clean table atleast cook me new slice.

Today we had a taste for a 1 pound cheese slice! We prefer dining in at all the restaurants we can because the food is always hot and fresh! I forgot how huge the pizza slices really are! I really love the thickness and how chewy and crispy the crust is! There is a lot of cheese but the pizza is not super stringy when you eat it! I love the taste of the sauce and if you have not eaten here before you have to stop in and give this restaurant a try! You will not be disappointed!

Fratos is an okay restaurant.... The servers are a little rude and inconsiderate, I understand how poor customers can treat service workers but I was as kind as can be and was treated very poorly ... not sure what that was about ! Hopefully they can work on their customer service
