The market’s cheesecake and egg tart is really good. But the Mala tang restaurant inside the market is so so - i hate the peanut flavored soup…

Went there to the meat section, the lady there was very sarcastic and mean when I asked nicely if she could avoid a lot of water in the bag so I didn’t have to pay for the water weight and she was just very rude about it, then her coworker came and she sounded like complaining to him about my tiny request in Spanish and that really made me feel uncomfortable, I mean why people have to act this way, why can’t be nice and friendly! Also the cashier they all looked like they were about to fell asleep, no smiles on their faces, poor customer service and it’s getting worse and worse every time we go, probably will not go there anymore! Oh, also i saw other people's review about the price not matching with the receipt price, it is true, this is not how you do business, can't cheat like that.

The snack dry octopus was moldy. Prices are different when we check out. Not a fresh market.

Store is not a fresh market. It is a grocery store with tons of Asian products.Prices are okay… some items are cheap, some are expensive. It is a very organized store. There was a pretty good selection of meats and fish. Not a lot of breads though. Not too much in the fresh produce section either. It’s not the best, nor is it the worst. The meat guys were friendly and the cashier was courteous. The store was clean.
You should remember the prices when checking out.It happened two times that the prices are different when checking out. First time I bought a duck gizzards labeled as $7.99 and when checking out, it shows $8.99. I told the cashier and they went to check it and adjust the price. Second time is today. I bought a instant coffee labeled as $7.99 and when cashier scanned the barcode, it shows $8.65 or something like that. I’m so disappointed for the difference between their labels and prices when checking out. They should be more careful about that. People won’t remember the prices for all items they purchase and eventually pay more.

Was not aware that it was primarily an Asian grocery. International implies that it would cater to many different countries.

Excellent meat and fresh fish and seafood in tanks, very much alive. You will find Asian sauces and vinegar, cooking wine products from all over the Asian countries. They have a make your own hot pot station as well as tableware from all over the Asian countries. Doesn't disappoint.

Security trailed me and my wife the entire time we were here. They made no effort to hide that they were trailing us, peeking in our cart, and being a general nuisance making us uncomfortable.I’m not sure why we didn’t just abandon our cart and leave, but trust me, we won’t be back when we’re treated like this.I’ll stick with Mitsuwa down the road.
