Everything was meh. Our sever was sweet but didn't really pay us much attention. No refills on drinks, no extra napkins, and would keep walking as she asked questions. The pizza it's self was lacking ingredients. It was thin and over cooked. No classic cheese pull ?

Had the popular Chicago style deep dish pizza and it didn't disappoint. Service was a little slow, but understandable, since the place was absolutely packed. Very satisfied!

I love Giordanos pizza , this was my first time coming to this location(3/31) around 3:45-4pm , when we arrived there was no one to seat us, had to wait, like 5 min after the man showed up took us to a booth, dining room only had another booth and 2 tables occupied and all already had their food , I saw 2 waitress working both saw us sitting at the booth and yet none approached us after what it seemed like 10-15 on e guy in gray shirt told one of the waitress only then did she approached but by that time we had decided to take off, went to Fat Rosie's and that place was very busy and yet at door only waited 2 min to be seated and within 5 min we had placed our order !!!
The staff here was nice, my friends were happy with their food. I have a dairy allergy & was so thankful the menu showed vegan with the V& a leaf. The vegan logo, as available menu options. The waitress confirmed they could make a pizza without animal products. The food came out with cheese and I was advised the menu items marked with the V were in fact not vegan. I realize that many people find this objectionable, and could care less about offering strictly plant based meals which makes traveling with non vegans even harder. So I appreciate the effort, but I couldn’t be a return client or recommend this business. I sent an email two weeks ago on the matter and did not get a response. Please offer actually vegan options or consider removing the vegan V from your menu.
