Clean and bright. I had a hot latte and my bf had an iced coconut latte. We bought a few pastries. The honey almond bread was quite good. Overall it was delicious and will be back again.

The coffee was not the greatest and over priced. The baked bread I purchased was soft and sweet. I was hoping the ambience would be more cozy but it wasn't. The service was dry.

I loved this bakery , good price than other name brand Kirean bakery and quality of bread, but not anymore. I purchased whip cream insided soboro bread . Taste is totally changed as the filling is very little. They only spread minium size of cream only. The coffee taste like the worst coffee I ever had. The Kerug or nespresso will be better that coffee at the handsome. They must reduce ingredients way less than before. I am very disappointed it that they are playing game with customer.

I ordered a brewed coffee and a Hawaiian bread (I don't remember the exact name). I had high expectations for the bread to be more moist. My sister got the last cup of coffee, so they made me a new one. Mine was pretty good, but my sister said hers wasn't as good. Besides that, the cafe has a really pleasant and peaceful atmosphere, and unlike other cafes, they don't play headache-inducing music

I'm sure they can do a lot better than selling bread, the most basic item in the store that is SOOO dry, taste like cardboard. I do not have confident in trying their other offerings.

Called ahead to order a bday cake. Ordered chocolate cake, they gave creme cake with fruits. They also misspelled the name of the birthday celebrant. I would not have accepted the cake nor paid for it if I picked it up. My husband picked it up and just accepted their mistake. See photo. I am a long time customer. Will no longer come back. Disappointed.
We tried two different baked goods and both were equally delicious! The iced coffee was super yummy and just the pick me up I needed! Service was quick and polite! We stayed for a while as we had some studying to do and it was perfect for what we needed!

Bread is not good unfortunately. Bingsoo was disappointing of the red bean and green tea. The strawberry and mango were the best, however its really expensive and the the portion size is a lot. They can honestly sell half the size for a few bucks less. $29+ just for 2 bingsoo's(shaved ice dessert)! Too expensive honestly.

This review is for bingsu only because I dislike their bread (strawberry mochi bread tastes like neither of those) and their cakes are overpriced and meh.Bingsu’s ice texture is on point (finally - a place that uses snow ice and not shaved ice) but unfortunately flavorless. But the syrup really helped and the mango pieces given was generous. Ice cream tastes great too. Portion is big enough for 2. For $14.50 it wasnt too bad.

Heads up: Always remember to communicate your allergies, because Matcha bingsoo has peanuts which wasnt included last time I visited.Back to my main point: Handsome's Matcha Bingsoo has never disappointed me; this place has one of the best Bingsoo in the Chicago area!! Best dessert to have in hot weather, i hope to visit again soon. and hope to see barista ian back again
