Totally ignored us when we got here, and the food took forever. It’s not even busy here
I went into the the Schaumburg hooters on Feb 29th because I saw this ad on google that they were offering one appetizer for 2.29. When I got to the restaurant I asked how do I redeem the coupon and the waitress didnt said they wouldnt take it so I asked “Adam” the GM at that time and he would not honor the coupon. I thought it is bad customer service on there part and the GM.
The food was amazing and they were nice enough to turn on a sport that wasn't on any of the TVs for me. I got the Buffalo wings and they were cooked perfect and the sauce was amazing and

There was one in Japan for a while.Just by the atmosphere, it wasn't that delicious or bad.
Service was slower than expected. Not many people at this location, but the staff stood around more than engaging with customers. The food was decent.
