Food is spoiled and they took 1 hour to serve rotis , currys , 2 biryanis . Very disappointed . They put granularity of 10% and extra tax . And we had to pay ontop of both credit card tax percentage

Bad hygiene, not clean, every were it's dirty, I used rest room can get inside and I pretty sure their kitchen will also be dirty with no hygiene. They need business with dirty service and unhygienic.

Horrible service along with below avg food.The service was bad.. we had to get up 3 times to ask for things that should be given. 1) got food but no spoons so I got up to ask which were plastic 2) got up to ask for onions since the waiter never bother to ask if we needed anything (on phone) 3) while eating we needed napkins so got up 3rd to ask for them we got count of 3 napkins with party of 4. The WORST of all they charge gratuity fee on party of 4... Really what gratuity? The guy never approach us to ask if we need anything.. not even water.. WORST RESTAURANT in schaumburg area.

Today I had a lunch at Hyderabad house Schaumburg. I had enjoy eating there the food was awesome ? . And the boy khaled was a good guy and he served us well and good. Well appreciated ?the boy and the manager. ?? must visit this place.
Two words - “Horrible experience”We have ordered mutton biryani double masala and we got no flavor no masala biryani. It was like I was eating plain white rice (no salt either). Chicken 65 tasted horrible and stale. Haleem was okay and the one star is just for that.Service has a special mention. Our food was brought in a trolley where it has cleaning supplies as well.Ambiance is okay.

Came here for a quick stop for Chai on a Saturday night. It was a unique cup with malai. They had tea biscuits too. My only complaint is that the sugar is already added so if you have someone who doesn't want sugar, this place is not for you. The place was fairly empty and it's in a strip mall next to Patel Brothers. I will try the food next time!
