Came here for the first time around 3-4 years ago as I always am traveling to Chicago for one reason or another. Love the mall always try to stop when I can! The first couple times I’ve had it it was great. Amazing food and service but the last 4-5 times I’ve been I’ve had the same big dude give me an attitude and be out of half the food he had on his menu. Decided to come back today after a year long break. Sad to say it’s still the same employee who doesn’t care and acts like he’s doing too much to help you.

For a place with Mac and cheese in the name, you’d expect halfway decent Mac and cheese. It was garbage. Pasta in wet cheese soup. Don’t bother.

My boyfriend LOVED his bowl! (He got noddles, cheddar cheese, bacon, cheddar cheese). He loves mac&cheese and every time we come to Woodfield, I suggested this place, but he passed on it. I bet he regrets it now lol. My bowl was the same except I had ground beef. It was a little chewy and I didn’t get that many pieces. So I didn’t enjoy mine too much, but I’ll just get what my boyfriend gets next time. Still yummy and will return!

i've been here many times and it's good when it's not busy. normally my food is always on the colder side, but the last time i went i had noodles that were still frozen. the line was very long and the food was not worth the wait. the customer service was terrible and the line would barely move. they were out of every single topping besides like two types of cheese (swiss and pepper jack) and they had no other food toppings or vegan options available. i don't think i'll be going back anytime soon. i paid $28 for two make your own bowls and they weren't even that good.

I often order with my phone notes app since my voice goes out, some places are not accommodating to this but every time I come here they are more than willing to work with me! I make it a point to always come here with my son when we visit the mall and it’s one of the few places we both can enjoy. 10/10 classic dish with a wonderful twist. I recommend the build your own with pulled pork!Kid-friendliness: The times I do have my son in line, they will smile and greet him!

Absolute Garbage. Came here with my family and will never be visiting this place again. Macaroni is dry asl. The big dude at the front is extremely cheap with the toppings— barely added any mushrooms and sauce. Not to mention the service was horrible. My food was ready and he’s busy talking to his coworkers, I ask him for a few extra packs of PLASTIC utensils so my family could eat as well and he tells me one per order. never seen someone cheap out over some plastic utensils lol
