I've stopped by this location a few times while driving through the Schaumburg area during lunchtime. Even after a few different visits, I've continued to be impressed by this particular location. The restaurant is located in the middle area of a strip mall off of Golf Road. The building interior is well-maintained, and the staff seem to do a good job keeping the tables and floor clean. Service has been excellent for each of my visits. Even at the busier times, the staff were helpful and friendly while taking order information. Sandwiches were solidly good each time. Wouldn't say that they were especially better than other locations, but I haven't had any issues or complaints about the quality of what I've received.

Ordered 3 times and they ran out of ingredients every time we order. Get a call from the delivery driver that they cant complete the order. Hire new management who understands how to provision. Absolute joke of a franchise.

I enjoy going to Jersey Mike's I was there talking to one of the employees sort of joking around and I don't know who this guy was was he the manager or what he came up to me and embarrassed me and told me not to talk to his employees what a ridiculous embarrassment coming from a professional
I stopped in for a late lunch, ordered a Turkey Provolone on a rosemary Mini Mike sandwich, the staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Precious. I definitely would recommend this location for a quick bite!

Just not very friendly when I went there, so I guess I won't be bothering them anymore as there are too many places in schaumburg that like when customers stop by to visit this location again.
