Wow, what a great place. My 3 yr old was entertained for hours and the coffee was pleasant.

The best place for kids to have fun, very clean, organized, and the new management is great! Also the best latte in Schaumburg is at #kidsart&cafe!!Highly recommended! Check it out!!! ???

First visit and was not very happy, they overcharged for the food I ordered, ordered grilled cheese and they charged for a doubleTurkey panini (what!) 13.00 for a grilled cheese, two young girls in charge and no one watching the play area, parents were not paying attention to their children at all! Kids going down the slides with big heavy pieces of plastic toys was not safe and there was no employee there to monitor it. Someone should have been in that area picking up toys, it was a mess! Things were broken, not working. With the prices they charge the toys should be in working condition. I know it was crowded but someone should be monitoring the play area and cleaning it up. Very disappointed

My experience last week was quite disappointing. The management appears to be lacking. The staff didn't seem to care about the customers once admission fees have been paid. Many of the toys are outdated and broken. The space is a bit smaller than expected, and certain areas were visibly unclean. Despite clear pricing information displaying a $10 one-hour play option, we were automatically charged $14 upon arrival. When we asked about the advertised option, we were informed it was no longer available. The staff asked us to fill in the kids' names and ages on the liability waiver as if it's just some casual sign-up sheet.

This place is alright. The kids play area smelled like urine, which was bothersome. The play area seemed clean and made me think is a larger home playroom. Other than the small crawling tunnel, there nothing special. BUT, the other half of the place has seating and you can easily get some work done or eat whipped kids are playing games--something g you cannot get at home. I can't speak for the food, but the desserts looked enjoyable.

Poor management, you have to update website or working hours when its closed for private parties, every other weekend its closed

Melanie Cornelius

Do not risk it. Their hours did not reflect their open hours. They were closed for a private party and didn't show this on their site or here on maps. Even the sign on the door was inaccurate, the sign said they opened again at 4:00, but everyone inside told us actually they did not open again until 5:30. We were turned away, and rudely. Their interior is also very small. Since there are many other options nearby similar to this location, I would recommend patronizing one of the nearby and very nice ones. Save yourself a disappointing trip.

Me and my sister came with my 1 year old niece today. When I walked in I was welcomed and I noticed how clean the play area was. I would definitely come again, it’s the perfect place and price to bring ages 1-5. And the price was good too!

Thsi owner is very racist and tends to discriminate against other races through harsh words that shouldn’t be said around Children not to mention how dirty and contaminated all the activities are for the children practically harming them

Everything is amazing.. the play space, the coffee and the setup is ideal for a relaxed Sunday morning. The only reason I left a star out is because of the lack of communication when it is closed for a birthday party.

The café initially seemed nice with a pleasant atmosphere, despite its small space, it felt cozy. The girls at the counter were as busy as bees and very sweet and kind. But the food... it was a disaster. The strawberry milk shake tasted like milk with ice, the pirogies (potato with cheese) were hollow inside, watery, and the dough was like rubber. I ordered a cappuccino and my friend a latte, but both tasted exactly the same. The pizza was the only decent thing to eat. The waffles were rubbery. And the prices for all this were very high (my order of 10 dumplings, strawberry smoothie, cappuccino, chicken panini, waffles, and entry for one child cost $80+). In short, the place is nice, but it's only good for grabbing a coffee and letting kids have some fun.

The place is ridiculously expensive - they want me to pay 10$ for the infant 9month old because -“ it’s not public parking”? Haha I know doesn’t make senseI came here with my 3 y.o. And they want me to pay for my little one too? the place is super small and not worth your time or money but just heads up if you are coming here with little ones. They are not FREE! Because “they are also going to play”Update - it’s free for this age in airport, museums, theaters and like I said we went to many playgrounds that are free for kids under 2 even ?

Terrible management. I drove an hour to take my kids there because it shows online that is open until 830pm on Saturdays. Once you arrived they tell you you can't come in because Saturdays is only for private parties. Yet, it shows online is open for the public on Saturdays.

I went here today for the first time and my boys had so much fun. They are 3.5 & 19 months. It's a very clean place and the ladies working were very nice. There were a few broken toys but, honestly that's what's going to happen when items are used by kids so often. You even see this at the children's museum. My kids were happy so that made me happy. Would definitely visit again.
