Knead bakery (why do they change their name?) used to be awesome. We visited it for last 5 years (driving for almost an hour!). It was famous for their mousse cakes, which were original and different. Suddenly they change their menu. No more mousse cakes, only standard cupcakes which you can get everywhere. This place lost it charm. Why to visit them anymore?

Went here 15 minutes before they closed. There's not much left in their pastries, bingsu ingredients were all gone as well. We tried several of their bread and they were okay. We ordered bubble smoothie with tapioca and pearls. The tapioca was hard to chew, it tasted like it was old. Ordered the same size however one if the size of the bubble tea we ordered was smaller than the others. We didn't bother asking about it since they were closing. The ambience of the cafe was blah, not much decors. Two other people came in before closing and they turned them away and told them that the cashier is closed. Which I though was weird because they have 10 minutes prior to closing. I mean why would you indicate you are open til 10pm but will turn customers away 10 minutes prior closing. It sucks they drove to go to this place and they were turned away. We might come back to try their pastries but will come by a little earlier.

This place is great! Love the dessert items and atmosphere is also very nice a bit different from its competitors near by.
Sad to see a business like this struggling to find its niche. Theyre a Korean style bakery at heart but with very few Korean bakery offerings, instead seeming to focus on expensive little cakes. Maybe there's a market for that, but they definitely aren't dining in. On average they seem to be uniformly overpriced by about 30%. The kind of prices people walk in, scoff at, and walk out. 40 dollars for an 8 inch cake gives you the idea. 13 dollars for Bingsoo, in a Korean-heavy plaza where they are undercut by 30% on things like this just a couple doors down. They have big city tourist foot traffic prices in the back of a strip mall in Schaumburg. The only unique item i havent tried yet are the soft egg sandwiches, which *look* great on the menu board. If it were me, I'd lean into those and savory variations. We tried an almond croissant and it was tragically tough, possibly a result of being reheated. On the plus side, hot coffee drinks are competitively priced and the mocha latte (tragically not listed on the menu) is very good. A generic name like 'Dessert Cafe 365' probably also isn't doing any favors. They don't have enough variety to really be a 'dessert' draw, so they're an odd no man's land of expensive little cakes, visually unappealing (to a western eye) plastic wrapped breads, and a couple sandwiches, with Korean competition all around. By all means try them out and see if you agree or not.

MOST AFFORDABLE SPOT IN SCHAUMBURG!! Such a decent study spot. The drinks are so affordable at under $5 for even a large. There's a variety of food and pastry options. Really large interior with plenty of seating and it's a quiet ambiance.

Desert cafe 365 -First time here and first time trying taro and I really loved it, we also got the chocolate chip cheesecake which was really soft and delicious. The cheesecake could be a bit colder but it’s still good. Really liked the atmosphere inside and friendly staff.
